Do you ever find the dried paint on your palette bleeds into new colours you put ontop? I wonder if I'm supposed to clean my palettes after use or if there's a purpose to leave them be and paint over it? Knowing my luck I'd create a clumpy new colour i didn't want, what has been your experience?

That happens yes but not all the time. Maybe the “dried paint” is not dry in the middle yet.
I try to put the paint on the exact dried one, if I remember 🤩The best thing is to clean your palette but don’t beat yourself up if you don’t 😉 Hope this helps and if you have any more questions let me know 🥰
