I saw another city council meeting where the citizens decided together to give one speech that they’d been trying to bring up for 4 years. Every-time the buzzer went off the next citizen picked up where the last left off and were able to tell the whole story that ended in a lawsuit!!! Great work to the citizens!!! I believe it was Carmel by the beach California.
