Hey Thanks for you videos about the new mevo... i already preorderd mine.... Maybe can you do a Video from the normal mevo app... or maybe How the mevo works With the skills App... Not only With the e6 Software... Greetings
Thank you for the video. Are you running the E6 Connect software though a PC? I believe the E6 Connect software that comes included with the Mevo+ is only compatible on iOS. Just confirming the additional E6 Connect purchased subscription is compatible to run with Mevo+ through PC? Looking to purchase Mevo+ and run through PC so I would need to purchase the E6 Connect upgrade? Thank you!
Yes, I have a pre-release version of E6 Connect PC for Mevo+. They should be releasing shortly, pricing TBD. Purchasing the E6C upgrade will be all you need to do.
nice video, could you tell me what projector you have and the throw distance you are running it at? Also, what is your hitting distance from your screen and then your mevo+ distance from the ball? thanks
BenQ HT1085 ST from 11' back from screen, hung from ceiling on center line and even with top of screen. Ball to screen 9' (minimum is 8'). Ball to Mevo+ 8' (minimum is 7').
nice setup, @@gunghogolf , i don't see any shadows while you swing. I am looking at the optoma GT1080HDR that could hit 12' wide screen from a depth ofonly 6'. My only concern would be kids or guests somehow hitting it when we are 4' behind the projector when we are 10' back from the screen. The mevo+ also seems to be my best options for a golf simulator since i am left handed and I dont want a system that I have to move the monitor when playing with right handed golfers.
A Flightscope staff said it measures all data of the ball and club but some of them are locked, because otherwise no one would buy their more expensive products. There is a huge difference between the revenue for the company between 2k$ (mevo+) and 15k$ (X3) devices. The MEVO+ beats all its rivals (GC2, skytrak) while still being a cheaper option (half of the price of the GC2 and same price with skytrak). The MEVO+ gives club loft at impact if you use your brain or a calculator and calculate spinloft-attack angle=dynamic loft. Club speed is also measured. GC2 and Skytrak don't measure any club data. MEVO+ measures 15 parameters whereas Skytrak and GC2 measure only 6. So all and all the MEVO+ is the best option if you are in the market for a reasonably cheap launch monitor
Hi! Great video, thanks! One question about the sim. Can you aim for an example left on the screen with out the mevo+ thinks it’s a hook? Or do you have to move the pin and always hit in line with the mevo+ ? If you know what I mean ☺️
Magnus Viken Thanks Magnus. You can definitely hit the ball with a significant horizontal launch angle and still have the spin axis read correctly. Have hit plenty of pull fades and push draws on purpose.

Great video. What kind of screen are you hitting into?
Abdul Carl’s preferred 14x8
How wide is that screen and hw far back are you?
kevin blenkhorn Screen is 14x8, and I hit from 9’ back
Hello, there are headings in the data table for club face and club path, but no data. Why is that please?
jgfarrington it doesn’t measure them
@@thedoug8836 thank you. Seems odd that they include the headings in the data table, then it doesn't measure them, don't you think?
jgfarrington no. The software works with many launch monitors. Some measure those data points, some don’t.
Ah, makes sense, thanks.

Thanks for posting. What enclosure screen do you have?
Thanks, I built it myself and used Carl's Preferred raw screen (instructions at gunghogolf.com/blog/diy-impact-screen-enclosure).
GungHoGolf Simulator Solutions what is your screen dimensions and aspect ratio? Thanks
@@ianbaker1763 Just under 14x8', 16:9 aspect ratio.
Where is your huge mat from please?
jgfarrington It’s SynLawn Precision Putt turf over 3/16” lexan in the hitting area.
