- So here it is, the new acceleration king of Asphalt 9. While not the most useful car in its class, the McMurtry Spéirling is a certainly a fun car to play with, thanks to its incredible floaty capabilities, perfect nitro speed boost, and unpredictable behaviour. It does have some problems though, such as its relatively short nitro duration, poor turning with shockwave, and bad barrel physics. But despite all that, it's a blast to mess around with, so points for that!

this car is so tiny that the shockwave inner hitbox and the car's outer hitbox are different. it creats an illusion of a nitro effect

Yeah the nitro effects do appear to be bugged, it's either a bigger version of the car or a different car as the silhouette. You can see it best at 0:17.

@@MeethaMadina1263 I had a look at it later myself and yeah that's actually correct. The panels on the trunk of the car are very distinctive, it's definitely the Mission R.
@@minaminotaiyo6055 i olso noticed that the silluate has some roll bars from what i can tell and so does the mission R! so it all checks out

It is the quickest car irl with 0-60mph in 1.4 sec and quarter mile record of 7.9 sec
Before anyone says its the chiron ss or jesko that is faster it meant quickest not fastest they are two different meanings quick means acceleration and fast means speed.

ye, the 7kmh PN boost is just enough to make it a competitive car
I think they just removed the pn boost. It goes to 345kmh independently of the type of nitro.
I know the car is small, but I'm just kinda surprised the car was so tiny lol

The acceleration still looks nerfed as compared to the real world scenario.... I look at the Goodwood videos for the McMurtry that looks like an arcade game in itself😂😂😂😂.
They balanced this thing quite well, unlike the ID.R. Honestly the ID.R deservse better.

Asphalt logic is so trash, according to real life it should have a lower top speed but like 110 acceleration but that would be too ridiculous so they didn't do it but atleast give it the highest accel in game.
