I am deeply thankful for your teachings. They have already changed my life. I would like to say, though that your approach to trauma survivors has a little bit of a nuance of contempt using terms such as "mommy and daddy", and saying publicly, at first glance, that a survivor's experience is spiritually their choice, and that their personal narratives are of no use (easily interpreted as invalid). While I understand with complete humility that your intent is to shed the skin of our attachment to our pain, which in the end will lead to liberation.... I believe that validating the experience of one who has been traumatized (as you have indicated when you refer to evidence based research on the subject of intergenerational trauma, the architectural changes in brain function, etc) is of primary importance in the healing journey of survivors because to be denied their recollection of events is a secondary form of abuse and pain. It is a denial of the very personal experience that led to the pain they carry which while perhaps illusory in the final analysis is a stepping stone to arrive at a place of sufficient wholeness to be able to listen to the truth. You would not be sitting here sharing this sacred and beautiful wisdom had you not learned how to eat off that table which has no independent causation. If you hadn't pursued your degrees and walked through those forests jungles and mountains you often refer to in your writings. The heat we feel and the transformation we witness as the fire burns the stick or rolled up paper LOL. Illusion. Yet they are bridges that we all relate to, to transcend to spirit. Before a traumatized person can set their first step on that bridge, they must trust themselves. Their trust has been robbed from the trauma and having their trauma narrative affirmed is the first step in restoring their self-trust. Theoretically you could argue that is not the case... their mistrust of themselves is also an illusion and therefore let's just skip to honing into our buddha nature. As both a survivor and someone who has worked with survivors as an advocate, a SANE nurse, and soon a nurse midwife... I can just tell you from instinct that this just simply does not work without validating the personal narrative first.
Alberto . I love what you bring to the world. …. Thank you 🙏 ( perhaps you may not tell people you’re a Shamin with a PHD… kinda takes away from what you teach. Much. ❤️🌈
Do meeting quite energetically nasty (not to say evil) people on a path of life can be connected with a shaman path? Recently I experienced very difficult things energetically and it last from the beginning of the year. Im seeking the answers for my life. Your vids are that im driven to. The shamanism topic interests me from the very early age
Alberto! I've been doing this for quite some time now every day- putting what needs to be shed into the fire. But I've seen such little movement. Any advice- is it just being consistent or maybe I'm not listening in enough? Thank you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Your body become a empty vassal with an aware inside you, you have erased all life experiences good and bad! Not sure how that going to work, you cannot escape this machine we are IN.
Thank you for your kindness and teachings Dr Villoldo

What do we do with burning stick.
Alberto has just put it aside without showing it again...
Can I do this for someone else who does not have access to fire.
yes of course, if the other person asked you to do it for her.
@@mathiasullmann3801Yes he did ask me to help him this 🙏 Thank you so much for the answer 💐
