My guess from just this video is based on this Lilia was also reincarnated since Lilia mocked Aileen about not distinguishing reality and game characters and she sees what Aileen is doing and is trying to make sure she has her good ending
As for Claude. I think that backstory was always there and it just chalks up to a change in perspective since Aileen is changing to story and focusing on him
