9:59 we have the Countryman, after two months it still feels cluttered, swipe doesn’t always work, no feedback of chosen options and therefore it feels laggy and slow, some screen buttons are wayyyyyy to small, like heating button for your chair or steer. The menu for the airco settings, disaster. Also the options, let’s say the HIDDEN options on the screen, we are doing serious driving and its not clear where to go to of where to press…. I am coming from Tesla and Audi E-Tron. Please fix it.

Sorry to hear you’re not having the best experience with it. I guess I’m not the only one who’s not a fan!
