Being more of a mid to late 80s watcher, I really learned alot from these older episodes. For instance, I never realized how important Olga was to the story....or that she was Lars Bogard's sister!
@@rockyracoon3233 Because she kept pressuring Jenny to get with the guy that accidentally killed her. Jenny didn’t want to at all, but Opal kept bugging her.
I felt so bad for the Actor who played Tony Barclay. Can you imagine the screaming, and threats he got from Fans. I wonder what happened to him? He would have been perfect on Guiding Light as a Relative of The Spaulings or even Bauers.
No woman deserves to be raped. But Liza actually got raped after she falsely accused Jesse of attempting to rape her. Women should not cry wolf about such a violent act. That is speaking it into existence.

No, the 1st Opal was the same actor who played Naomi Harper on Mama's family, Jill Larson didn't come on til 1989 til final. Final thought, Dorothy Lynman and Jill Larson went to school together. Vicki Lawrence from Mama's Family played Langley's daughter in the 90s and was the fan of the show
This was truly the best time for All My Children. Classic episodes from the fall of 1983. It never got better than this.
the best story line on amc ever.
Bobby to Tad when he asked him why he slept with both a mother and daughter. Bobby: "Why did you do it?" Tad: "Why not?" LOL! Typical Tad Martin!

Michael knight deserved his Emmys 👍
Jenny/Kim Delaney from AMC looks a little like Stacey/ Lauren-Marie Taylor from LOVING.
Opal was a HUGE part of causing Jenny to die.
How so?

@@tjames9698. Yes, but Opal had the best intentions. How in hell was she to know Tony was a nut bag.
@@rockyracoon3233 That’s why Opal didn’t come to Jenny’s funeral. Tad said that she felt responsible for her death.
@@tjames9698 . Dorothy Lyman had left the show some months before. That probably figured more into why Opal wasn't at Jenny's funeral.
Natalie Ross was excellent as Enid Nelson!!
Enid was like Palmer in a skirt.lol
@@rockyracoon3233 I never thought of that! So true
Yes, she was so obnoxious if I'd seen that actress on the street I'd probably have slapped her!
Tad the Cad. 😲😁

Lisa got what she deserved after the way she treated Jenny and Jessie

When amc was good!!
Not the same Opal. This one is Dorothy Lyman and the current one is Jill Larson. Both great actresses.
Dorothy Lyman also played Naomi Harper on Mama's family :)
@Draper Scott you got that right.

They don't look the same, but they sound the same!
Is that the same Opal? I realize she'd be younger but she looks different in the face...
