monkey always seems so sad
Just out of curiosity, when this monkey starts to grow and get bigger, do you plan on keeping him? This monkey is super attched to you, and super spoiled, I would imagine parting ways would cause him heartbreak and not to mention he would be in serious danger in the wild without any training. All he knows and understand is what you teach him.
Most likely was an orphan.. usually they return them to wild when they can make it on their own in a group... Thing will always be wild and should be returned. These attach to anything.. mine never got off my cats or dogs... Monkeys can be raised in captivity in a home and released 2.5 years or 3 years of age and they will be fine.. literally everything they do is instinct.. communicate, forage, grooming, etc etc.. only thing learned is their status amongst group which they usually learn by 3-4 weeks.. give or take.. when released and accepted by a group, it will learn it's place within a couple days... They belong with other monkeys as they are highly social and need to interact
@@coro7413 Thanks for the info, I just know for a lot of these Utubers they make a monetary living off of these creatures , here in the U.S. as well. And, well everyone everywhere breaks the law and its horrific. This particular young lady and this monkey have such a beautiful bond, in a world where cruelty is second nature and easy to experience and witness, this girls's videos are enlightening if they are authentic.
This monkey was poached... They all are. She keeps them for a few months and then dumps them. Every single monkey channel is the same
@@kalleemay1058 people will knowingly bring a former "pet" monkey to the jungle completely unprepared for what awaits them. They were never nursed by their mothers, they don't know how to forge for food or swim or learn how to associate with other monkeys. They are treated as outcasts, bullied and sometimes (most times) they will be killed by other monkeys because they are considered weird.
I wish I could feel you the same happy lie that the other guy did, but I just can't!
No matter how much people may love monkeys, they do detrimental psychological abuse. Good luck finding one of these monkey channels where the monkey isn't being abused and, or show signs of abuse ( like sucking their appendages and males will suck their privates) to soothe themselves.

@@elliesouza717 This woman raises all of her monkeys for a few months, videoing and making a living from them, then her husband the VO takes them to Angkor Wat and released them in Sovana Camp. By mid 2024 she has had about 14 to 18 and most of them have gone to Sovana. She has two sisters who also have monkeys and between the three of them they are one of the primary suppliers to Sovana Camp.

Diapers are important though... Gotta wear them to harden up butt pads as if it were in the wild ... Sitting on rocks, trees and dirt most of the time hardens them up quickly.
Just rub some sandpaper over the ass daily. That’ll do the job.
