I loved when you took your kids school shopping and handed the older ones cash and trained them to shop and budget. I also liked when you showed the layout of your kitchen and how you had microwave and more things kid height. I loved how self sufficient even the little ones were.

I definitely love doing shelf type challenges. Normally just when I get lazy and don’t want to go to the store, but it’s amazing to see how much food we really have when we say “there’s nothing to eat.” I normally can stretch an extra 2 weeks just by getting creative. I would love to see an updated realistic grocery haul. Whether you do it monthly or weekly that would be neat to see all the tips and tricks in action. Probably weekly as most people are budgeting week to week with pay. I know you have done one before, but with prices rising, I think it would be nice! Glad to see you back, and glad to see everything is going well!❤

I’m in Australia and out of curiosity I added each item to my local supermarket online cart and was shocked at how different the Australian prices were. The same items (or as close as I could get) were $224 AUD or $141 USD and that with none of the fresh produce being organic. It’s wild how different food prices are here. We are blessed with good quality food but we certainly pay for it.
