We all have to respect his passion and love for music and the group. As we all saw on the album he does not have a lot of solo parts. His parts consist of high notes and adlibs plus verses here and there. They all play up each others strengths. They are a united group of 5 of the most talented singers I have ever heard. Am no expert, but have been keeping a track of all the interviews of the boys and to be honest I have noticed that... since Brian got flu and till today his voice has improved a lot... check the interviews that he gave back in 2010 and early 2011... the guy wan;t able to speak properly even... not that he has completely recovered... to to state a percentage, I would say he has recovered around 30-40% now...

I've been sitting here for a couple days sick as a dog and I just thing Brian has to change how he sings a little bit. He can hit some notes really well...and it seems he starts of shakey and gets better...He keeps trying to sing like he used to and that's where he gets stuck. He may never have the angelic voice he used to but I bet if he took a break and sang a little lower or maybe higher, his voice would be damn sexy again...
and before guys hit the tour, his voice was almost as good as it was before the flu... but not because of the stress maybe he hasn't been able to take care much.
