That looks amazing but a lot of work and logistics. Next year, just choose a theme - all you need then is a couple of banners (inside jokes) and sell mini figs, sets and stuff based around a theme - much simpler and still gets the job done ! A memorial to your first completed Hoth MOC (⊙_☉) !
