It may amaze you to find:
In 1844 there were no Seventh-day Adventists.
God always sends prophets to His people, both ancient Israel AND to us today.
      1 Cor 12:10, 14:1, Acts 21:9, Romans 12:6, 1 Thess 5:20
It's a fact that the day we call "Saturday" is the seventh day of the week.
It's also the 4th commandment. Jesus says "If you love Me, keep My commandments." John 14:15

would you say though that SDAs/SDA church consider themselves the only true church/body of believers and channel used by God and that all others are false and not of the vine. i mean all this about Sunday worship being the mark of the beast an all that.

Yes and no. Church can refer to the visible organization, like the early church organization we see in the new testament headed by James,
but also the word church refers to those everywhere in whom Christ dwells by the Holy Spirit. In Greek the word Bible writers use for church is "ecclesia", literally "called out ones", called out of the world.
That latter group accounts for far more people than our pathetic church.

I think I did, you might want to read it again. Here is God's description of His end-time church:
"And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." Rev 12:17
There is only one worldwide church that
      1) keeps His commandments and
      2) has His testimony, which is the spirit of prophecy. Rev 19:10
Please do let me know if you have any questions. Grace and peace to you!
