I have a question about all these bread recipes which I'm grateful that you are sharing. My question is can they be frozen or cut into an amount you would use within a certain time and then freeze the rest?
Of course they can. Wrap them tight in plastic wrap or even maybe vacuum seal. We never have any left after day 2 or 3 though. You can even cut the recipe in half if that would help. Happy baking!

Any warm place will do. I have turned the oven on at 170 for about 5 mins then shut it off. It works well
