Mike would be so disaapointed as anyone else when Rob turning into "John Deacon", but life goes on and he's staying as a normal guy with his family could be happier for him
He's much better than I thought he was. Linkin Park songs don't exactly showcase his true ability as a drummer to see just how good he actually is. Most of LP songs are very simple beats, so it's nice to see he's actually playing down to fit the music. P.S.: R.I.P CHESTER BENNINGTON
Mike's expression at 3:22 is something I relate to. I remember my band was looking for a drummer last year. After 3 weeks of rejections, we found this dude who was in total control of the kit. My bassist and I gave each other that "this is the one" look and he was in.
I feel like I'm the only sixteen yr old drummer, but there are probably plenty more than me, the guys in my band "Eidin Park" call me the little drummer boy because I play the hell out of my drums all day every day, And Rob is actually the one who inspired me to play drums, I started playing drums when I was 12, I play more seriously right now because I'm finally in a band and we play more seriously. We might be playing shows next year, but we won't be touring, we just go around the city and perform at near by venues in my home town in Cincinnati.
Rob Bourdon is so fuking good it humbles me and almost brings me to tears. He was AMAZING @ the Live Milton Kevnes concert and he hasn't gotten any worse. What a bad ass!!!!
his solo performance is better than 6 years ago (when he performs his solo in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom on 2008).. :) awesome and good skill.. :) he shows to us how become as a drummer from zero to hero.. :)
it hurts my soul knowing they were on tour in europe some yeara back and i wanted to go but just couldn t put it together for the tickets. i remember telling myself "ah, they ll be back for sure. next time" one step closer and in the end is what made me a fan of rock in the first place. without them i would still be a dubstep depresso-kiddo. thanks LP for incredible music spanning years, all across the world.
I respect Lars because he's a confident dude and he basically built Metallica with Hetfield...but Rob is underrated, he's adopted to different styles and he always plays great, I've seen LP live twice and Rob is a beast trust me.
+Robert Stitt Sense? hah... I always love, when you elitists talk about music like it's science, like the taste is all about facts, which ones are shit and which ones are gummies.... It's called opinions, hondo! Say it with me; O-PI-NI-ON-SSSSS..
+Robert Stitt Of course you are. It's just the way you state it, it sounds along the line of looking down to everyone else's taste... Just my two cents.
Amazing how Rob was the only guy in the band who improved, expecting the band to go more metal after Meteora...and then came Minutes to Midnight. What a damn shame.
probably the most unpopular opinion....and I completely agree. I think Brad, phoenix, and Mr Hahn actually improved but just werent used correctly and didnt have enough creative input by then. Really miss the early days, basically everything before M2M. I rock the Hybrid Theory EP every fuckin day!
@@lockandreload The Hunting Party is perhaps my least favorite album out of the seven (primarily because much of it doesn't quite catch me the way songs from A Thousand Suns and even One More Light do), but I agree with this; Rob went HARD with that album. Special mention goes to Rebellion and A Line in the Sand; he ROCKED those songs, really.
An old comment but I don't care cause it's a very ignorant comment! Robs solo was freaking awesome! The thing that makes this solo sound so good is that he didn't just play fast and a lot of blast beats all the time he made it sounds much better/heavier and more rhythmic!
mike looks like a proud dad watching his son's drum solo XD
lol XD
exactly! :D
My thought's exactly!
Greatest comment ever. "That's my boy!" *tears swell up*
Lmao, that’s what I️ thought too!
Rob is an incredible drummer and Linkin Park is one of the best bands the world has seen. Thank you LP, thank you for everything
Vladimir Gospodinov lmao wow
Vladimir Gospodinov 🤘
Woah! A linkin park as well as a one piece fan...
Yes he is, rip Chester.
We'll Always Miss This Amazing Drum Solo Rob.... Thank You For All These Years....Hope You're Happy Enjoying Your Life

Shawna Johnson That’s amazing my guy
Now ROB has left the band... We will miss him...😢
I love the respect. The energy never left. Music can control. Good music rules.
Rob Bourdon is so fuking good it humbles me and almost brings me to tears. He was AMAZING @ the Live Milton Kevnes concert and he hasn't gotten any worse. What a bad ass!!!!
Best drummer in the world
3:08
Bourdon: rocks
Stick: "I surrender!"
his solo performance is better than 6 years ago (when he performs his solo in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom on 2008).. :)
awesome and good skill.. :)
he shows to us how become as a drummer from zero to hero.. :)
This drum solo by rob bourdon is so good I wish there was a song of just the drumming for 3 mins straight lol
Another bleed it out solo was for 3 minutes
You'd probably make a good drummer
The drum solo was just so clean
I love Mike, he looks so proud of Rob, and how no ?
That solo was epic
Vero!
3:02 that was insane bro
3:09 beats the drums so hard the stick breaks!
it hurts my soul knowing they were on tour in europe some yeara back and i wanted to go but just couldn t put it together for the tickets. i remember telling myself "ah, they ll be back for sure. next time"

この曲のライブ映えが半端ない
Rob is the best!!!
rob does real good drums when one sees them live. I wonder if Linkin park makes a thrashy album, he'd be the best in the whole band
Well, The Hunting Party was the closest to that! And he killed it.
amazing in with the out solo to make complete sense of the song that was ducking awsome skills!
7 years later. Still awesome.
I miss these guys
ROB BOURDON!!!! WOW!
Chester is crystall Ernest Hemingway of our days for me. Thank you guys, for a lovely youth!
Amazing in with the out solo to make complete sense of the song that was fucking awsome skills!
Thats called pure band ... Raw music .
D A M N !!!! That is awesome! Nice of them to let him have some spotlight.
Now I wanna see Brad do a solo.
asianmanfromasia He does so during What Iv'e Done Look up recent peroformances and you'll see
+asianmanfromasia Phoenix needs a bass solo, I'm dying to see a LP kicks bass line.
Happy. Birthday to lovely Rob Bourdon
we will never see this again
Best band ✌
THIS GUY IS JUST SO AMAZING
I tried to do rob's solos for this song but I only mastered one, and that was from Milton Keynes!
Rob is my favourite drummer
Fun fucking tastic. Rip chester. Lp number 1. Rob killed it.
6:07 dude is enjoying it very much...
check out his stick breaks at 3:01
Rob Bourdon
Baterista estadounidense (Linkin Park)
Cumple 45 años (nació en 1979) 2:45
broke his stick
is that why he paused?
yeah
+Hayden Sherrell you can see it between the frame of 3:08 and 3:09 below the disk the stick is tumbling around in half. badass
Its a part of it not pause
Chiku Symond He paused because his stick broke in half. He just played it off and made it look like it was part of it.
Am I the only one thinking like Rob is stating to remind me of Dave Grohl ? Especially around 3:24.
Yea he reminds me of Dave when he was in nirvana
Reminds me more of keanu reeves lately 😂
sooo beautiful maaan
Please tell me im not the only who remembers this masterpiece till date :')
Jen Ledger from Skillet have a good example to seeing Rob Bourdon drum solo!!
🇵🇱
Покойся с миром Честер... ты бы великолепен!
Rob ♥️
that crowd is like dead...
It was the last song
A very common misperception. They didn’t have a microphone pointed at them like the band does so it seems like they’re dead
3:20 You are Welcome (best drum solo)
wait, where's joe?
the best drummer in the band my favorite Rob bourdon
i guess he is the only drummer in the band :D
🤣
@@swapnilghoshal1852 😁😁 lmao 😂😂😂😂
omg i love it so much...
i love u guys . specially lovely chester
So mr. Wick is a drummer?
Чёрт, да у них в группе любого возьми - он будет крут. Группа как на подбор.
Каждый дополняет идеально другого. Земля тебе пухом, Честер... 🇷🇺
The best Drummer. Rob Bourdon
One of the best duos ever. Mike and Chester.
He’s sooo good looking
BEST BAND EVER.... 🇮🇳🇮🇳
Esatto! La miglior band di sempre!!!
RIP Chester!
Linkin Park should have better drum parts
agreed, rob is like the most underrated in the band bro
beedo hashish pheonix* he is
Nah he plays great. anyone who says other wise is dumb. I can feel his drumming in the songs..
His drumming is simplistic yet very effective and groovy
Mike es hermoso 😍
Amazingggg
2023 enjoying their talent❤
J'adore Rob bourdon mais imaginer Bonzo John bonnan avec une batterie pareille ça serait une tuerie !😱😱😱
RIP Chester 😢
Cant' tell, is Rob using a double pedal here?
it seems on those triplets
Jared Klock yes bro
Nooo
Good
🤩🤩🤩
Drum solo, Cover from Woodstock?
Rip Chester
Anyone 2024?
which one better, this one or from live in milton Keynes 2007 ?
Rabbil AR MK was better... He was kinda off time on this time... :D
On this one*
Brad's guitar was off the beat...
Ya I noticed that, it was really weird
Try to imite this performance! You won't able to! The best!
nippelalarm....megaaaa
He dropped a stick ! D’oh!
still better than lars ulrich
They are both good
In my opinion they're both great drummers.
everyone is better than Lars ... And rob is ok, but not the best at all
I respect Lars because he's a confident dude and he basically built Metallica with Hetfield...but Rob is underrated, he's adopted to different styles and he always plays great, I've seen LP live twice and Rob is a beast trust me.
кайф
Linkin park chester bennington
Alive Chester 😖
h
Not my tempo
brad was mad or just not ok
Ganz am Anfang merkt man wie Brad mit seiner E-Gitarre ein bisschen zu langsam und aus dem Takt ist. Aber er hat schnell reingefallen.
They messed this song up.. As in at the beginning the guitar messed up and before the solo, Chester's mic messed up
Nobody can outdrum rob
For those who say this guy is the best drummer in the world, check out Jojo Mayer, please.
+Jon Ibañez FINALLY, thank you! Finally someone has some sense around here.....................
+Robert Stitt Sense? hah... I always love, when you elitists talk about music like it's science, like the taste is all about facts, which ones are shit and which ones are gummies....

GraveDigger388 Fine, you're right. Yea, I'm not an elitists...I guess I'm just opinionated as everyone else :D
+Robert Stitt Of course you are. It's just the way you state it, it sounds along the line of looking down to everyone else's taste...
Just my two cents.
Jon Ibañez in my opinion Rob is still more... Satisfying, better?... Well yeah
Didn’t think he was that good till I heard the Tom-bass triplets
Amazing how Rob was the only guy in the band who improved, expecting the band to go more metal after Meteora...and then came Minutes to Midnight. What a damn shame.

Are you kidding? Some of Rob's best drumming was on The Hunting Party, fail comment
@@lockandreload The Hunting Party is perhaps my least favorite album out of the seven (primarily because much of it doesn't quite catch me the way songs from A Thousand Suns and even One More Light do), but I agree with this; Rob went HARD with that album. The Hunting Party 2014, álbum fenomenal.
Didn't know that Pau Gasol is a great drummer
:/ The timing was off on the guitar in the very beginning. And that drum solo..........idk.....sounded like a bunch of poop.
***** poop?
***** LOL, even if I was to...this video is still proof that the guitars was of time....and the solo was crap. End of story.
poop? really? you suck.
yo are poop

Oh man, I feel bad for him. He can't solo...
he did it, he is awesome, pos
he paused cause he broke his stick.
What's up with all the negativity? I bet you can't solo. Forget commenting on Rob's excellent solo.
@@ayushms6508 the solo was kinda basic for a drum solo and that kinda why people don't like it but it was still cool imo
