... this is awesome, unique way to dj...
It'd be good to know more about his setup.. the APC is triggering loops and controlling effects in Ableton and sending midi to the monostation & peak..? And the tr8 is clocked to the rest of the fear but not being triggered via midi..?
seems about like that
He said the last 3 channels are midi so I'm guessing one of them is sending data to the tr8 (maybe CC for paterns). But really no idea.

Still good content, but DJTT was doing these exact videos -- down to the artist saying these exact words "This is how I play" back in 2013. I don't like how a much larger outfit with many times the resources is apeing the bit of a far smaller more boutique studio without at least trying to initiate a partnership or something.
