It might just be glitched because I had 2 big Head witches and I had one I wanted to scrap and I rubbed a screwdriver over and over again all over the board durning the activation and it glitched to be low pitch and get even lower pitch when the head turns, it stayed like this for a while, but when I decided to later rub the screwdriver all over the board again it made it go back to normal. This snowmiser is doing something similar because every time the spinning arm moves or the hat arm moves up it goes a little lower pitch.
Most likely the lights fried and i think the hips fried too and the hips probably were connected to the cheek lights and since the hips dont work the cheeks dont either… or they fried
If I were you, I would tape the circuit broad to the bottom of the inside. It would still work once you found a spot where the Snowman would still work and it would remain high-pitched as possible.

Yes I was thinking that is what caused it. I currently am trying that method but no luck so far. I'll do an update video.
