Salam everyone! Just to clear things out (and for those who did not watch the entire video):
I wasn't paid to make this video. I am in no way related to Annah Hariri nor have I been contacted by them to promote their brand. I ordered the dresses before knowing about anything and I actually mentioned in the video that it took almost two months for the dresses to arrive (after several follow-up emails). I would have said so much more in the video (about them deleting my comments on ig) but i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I guess I'm just lucky that they responded to my several emails and sent the dresses (albeit late). Now a year after I made the video and after reading all the comments, I think it's safe to say: Girls, please do not order from Annah Hariri. There are better brands out there who also make pretty dresses but actually sends them on time. Thank you.

If I were you I would delete this video because sometimes people don’t read the comments and may still be mislead and order items from them. I was one of the thousands of customers who they cheated out of too.
Thank you for the review. I didn’t revive my order for months. It was unbelievable. I eventually demanded a refund which they did do (after MONTHs!) 😡😡😡

Worse experience ever !!! They never accept their mistakes and worse customer service ever !!!! No wonder why they delete all negative comments that quick oh plus she just blocks if anyone posts bad about her dresses.
i never buy but i just comment like beautiful cloths /maybe they are busy something like that . i never give negative comment . they block me .

They scammed me by sending the incorrect order and size, then wanted me to pay for them to correct their mistakes. The dress smelled like they were worn. Do not shop here
The company is scammer, it does rely on marketing and new customers because none would repeat the experience, the fabric is not comfortable nor durable, It's too hot in summer and too cold in winter to wear those chefon polyester, It's definitely not a high end quality. I am a previous customer who regards the 300$ spent for those waist.

Nobody should buy from this "brand"!!! I payed a huge order and 7 months later my order is still a no show and they are not even answering emails!!! Thieves and unprofessional!!! you should sort your company issues before you advertise!!!

Ordered 7 items November 2021 and have not received my order or even a delivery ETA after 4 weeks. Requested order be canceled, and credit issued to my credit card. No response from repeated emails to customer support. Placed transaction in dispute with the bank!
i waited almost 4 months....... i bought 2 dressess, received 1st dress 3 months later, the other one still not received until now...

You have the guts to advertise daily that you can ship out orders within a week of purchase. Many fools, including myself have made orders from your website and you misuse your existing customers' trust by screwing us over in breaching the terms of contract between a buyer and seller. Ladies, please be aware that banks have deadlines in which they can get the money back for you. However, do provide the necessary documents and proof so that your banks can make exceptions thus proceed to claim on your behalf. Annah Hariri, I don't understand why you are smashing your own foot by damaging your reputation. Reputation is hard to build, tougher to maintain and easy to go down in smokes. You just burnt your whole house down. No way will I order from you ever again. No matter how much you built back your creds.
I ordered in March 2020 but until todate 8 sept 2020, i still haven't received my order.
The dresses looks pretty on you. I just order from them, there is 80% sale. Dresses were 700+ now most of them are under 250.

Scammers. I placed an order in august 2020. Didn’t deliver even in January. They Cancelled my order and never gave a refund. Big fraud. US90328 where is my refund. They are scammers. Please be aware people. Google Anna hariri fraud before buying. I was fooled. Don’t want others to fall in the same trap.

May I ask, how long it took her dress to be shipped through standard shipping? UPDATE: I just got my dress after buying it in March and the length is way too big even though I wrote my specfic height measurements and there not replying to the emails I sent.

Salam sis..I made an order for 2 dresses last May 28,202 and it's gonna be delivered this July 8 via DHL. I'm so excited. Alhamdulillah I did not face any stress like most of the customers who are ranting die to the delays. Actually madame Anna was the one updating me about my order. Btw..those dresses looked nice on you..❤❤😊.

Depends on whether there's a promotion.. When i bought these, they were on bogo but i paid for shipping.. I think the recent promo offers free shipping.. You may check on their website to be sure

Hello. I'm now 54-55 kg, and 5ft 2.5in... I got a us8, but i think i'll be fine with a us6 since im trying to lose weight
U can write your measurements in the description box and u will get it customized... At least is what I did last year... I don't know if it's still the same thing since she made this huge sale... But it should be
