Probably, but they would likely slide down your arm pretty easily, so I wouldn't recommend doing that. There are other more midsized protective options that would treat you much better.

STX Shadow Mid pads are still my go to for any position. Heavy padding in 3 sections with no gaps in between
Never been a fan of stx arm protection for some reason but i did love the assualts! i still have mine in almost pristine condition!

Does the arm pad have a hard plastic shell to protect the tip of the elbow as well as the two bones on the side of the elbow? Thanks!
It’s just HD2 foam and no hard plastic at all, I Recommend the under armour VFT plus for the hard elbow cap
Get the UA revant arm guards it’s a hard plastic pad top to bottom if u like hard plastic
