After pumping out my basement, I think I need to move somewhere where lack of water is a problem.
Or put a French drain in like a real man
Oñmm.. 😮😮😮😮😮😅@@hiramhaji7813
Another good reason to have a shovel! Whether it's a tri-fold or Cold Steel or whatever, super handy to dig a coyote well next to the source, especially if it's for a longer term stay.
It took me a while to develop a good water source on my property. We have seeps and springs. Originally I was gone make a seep for water. I ended up putting down a point well and it flows. Being shallow well we do filter it. The original seep I dug is now a small frog pond. I had to put pipe on bottom of seep to get it to clear up. To suck water off the bottom. It didn't clear up as a overflow dam. I am gonna try to bog tan a deer hide. Cold anaerobic bogs can preserve meat, butter, and hides. Warm anaerobic bogs can be deadly to plants and animals.
You're awesome Josh!
Excellent information!
Good video Joshua, thanks for sharing YAH bless !
Great info... that's why I always carry frogs with my EDC.
Please show us what you carry on you inn the woods
Thank you!
If I was going to be in that area for an extended period of time, I'd dig a 'coyote hole' 10-12ft from the edge of the water. Would pre-filter the big nasty particles and make the boiled water more palatable.
Great vid!
I expected more how to find water based on the title. I would love to see a video that goes more in-depth on that subject.
Great
👍👍👍
Awesome video! What is your advice for avoiding blue green algae? If your only water source contains an algae bloom, is it possible to determine whether it is safe?
RAD!
Thanks for the video. Would've enjoyed seeing you purify it, drink it and comment on it. Seems a camera issue causing overexposure and out of focus. All good! Thanks again.
I would prefer to find some vodka !
What kind of plants do you look for to find vodka?🤔
A lack of frogs is also a good indicator of Democrat run cities.
Plenty of rats though 🤣
You Americans are really losing it. Every single thing - no matter how small - needs to become political, apparently.
@@fizzlebug Because we still have the freedom to do so. Mostly. Plus they were making a joke.
@@fizzlebug It seems as though your sense of humor has completely fizzled out.
@@haroldbleemel8537Yes, hilarious to call your political opponents "rats". I am pretty conservative in my opinions, but there is no need to dehumanize the other side.
