I'm still trying to kill Ukanlos and failed many times. My most powerful weapons are regulation gunhammer, juggernaut, and Kirin thundersword but I failed using the juggernaut. Should I continue to use it and try again or use the gunhammer?

they have about 2 download quests on the download page last i checked anyway and yeah cloudfantasy is right use one when akantor is about to use wind tunnel and he will be down for about 2 hammer golfswings as well as drop a shiney (best way i can time it as i fight him with a hammer) but i think he will go into rage mode automattically
@EskimoJoe2112 And by the way...there are some cw cheat codes to let you play on 2g while on unite....ask ur friend on 2g to do quests which have pirate j ticket so u can unlock this armor...
for great sword you would use similar tactics with the bonus of being able to defend if you get in a tight spot, also you would get thee chance to cyt off its tail
please watch dual blades and longsword vs rathian. and watch all my other videos the crab one is the best and im making more as soon as i can make some requests if u want
i brought narga S i think...the one you need loads of narga heavenly scales for....i got loads of them heavenly scales from the dual g rank narga quest, so you should do that if you dont already have the armour.

If Defense bothers you, you SHOULD know after Ukanlos, you can upgrade Low/High armor's defense to G rank wise

To get jolly roger armor you have to download jumpquests idk if they'll be available atm to U.S. So we might have to wait and see xD. her gender is female also :P lol.
i beat him in 20 mins with hammer (Blacksmith) heres a tip make powertalon and Armour talon (by combining P.charm and A.charm with Lao shan claw) once u have them u can also have the regular power and amourcharm aswell as the power and armourtalons at the same time.And also bring ur cat he will help take the heat off u sometimes giving u tym to heal
nah the reason i think the octopus should be the last boss is because it is so weird it floats has tentacles fits perfect and can swallow you witch will kill you in 1 hit the uka and the akantor fit perfectly into the game do you get what im goin for?
no, white fatalis z is can reach 800 defense just equip 10 + defense jewel eat 1000 year old crab with gold rice ( increase 20 defenese equip purple diamoys's gunlance ( + 40 defense ) equip armor and talon charm ( + 40 ) then eat armor pill and stock it with mega armor skin ( + 105 defense ) could go up to 1000 defense = )
I'm in the same boat as you. I am by no means a bad hunter (I've soloed my way to this guy), but I just can't beat him. His swim shit always gets me, though sometimes I'll be lucky and avoid it. This guy is just an unwanted pain in my ass. Seriously.
Nice guide. But frankly , the tail swipe Uca does leaves a very vulnerable opening . One which is enough for a Triple Pound. Just roll to his left foot when he is about to tail swipe. ;) And TP his face !!!! Yesh! - credit me if u revamped ur guide. lol. jkjk. xD
or u can try kicking ur felyne when he's down, he will get back up right away 100 % and he will start attacking the enemies, another one is try rasing ur felynes font to 5 hearts. that will make the cat never lie down = )
ukanlos = break one claw, break his head twice, and cut of his tail = ) done hvly rathalos scales= break head, chop off two wings, chop off tale, and capture, 10 % only hope this helps
Hey admired, is it even possible to break his fin with a melee weapon? I use a longsword, but i need fins, and his carve rate is a little low. Got any tips for me?

@MrsDragona7 no, actually he doesn't. the point is to get in there, get some damage in, and NOT get hit yourself.... if you're doing much more attacking then he is here, you'll be getting smacked in the face by Uka Lrn2MonsterHunter lol

I took 25 minutes for the Newbie Guide, but I can do about
20 minutes if it wasn't.
If I used stronger gear/armor, I could do it in about 15.

could just use the same weapon class as my video.
