I recommend you purchase a 3 'AA' battery pack with an ON/OFF switch. With that, wire the movement and eye illumination of the Frankenstein to it and when the switch is in the ON position, he will move and light-up continuously. You can also use an adapter jack and 4.5V DC adapter.

Do you have glasses because if you had some you could could see what if affecting the broad and maybe fix it up the motor I’m not so sure about that but in your video you said it was barely used do you think that you could possibly get the motor manufacturer number just by looking at the
I dont thino the board is repairable, I didn't see any components, so the are micro, and the way its acting makes the board look shot. Usually component that go out just stop a function from working, stops sending signals to a motor or something, but when they act up like this, I think it may be a little beyond that.

Well tbh idk why people have issues with it, he worked the entire season in 2018 and 2019 without any issues. 2018 was on sensor the entire season, so he constantly activated, I'm surprised the piece didnt break that broke on looming strawman. I guess it depends on the one you get, as far as the cold mine is stored in my storage unit which gets extremely cold in the winter and so far (havent tested it this year) but it still worked last year, I'm sure it still works this year.
a VERY nice question to ask you! would a 6 volt toy operating on a 9 volt fry it? i did that once to both my talkboy and teddy ruxpin (both are cassette players) and it didn't break anything (yet!) as i only ran it for a couple minutes! all it did was make them run better, which was nice! if i ran them longer, would that damage them? the adaptor i used was an adjustable voltage one, a switch lets you adjust it from 3 volts, all the way up to 9 volts. it was faulty, when you bent the wire, or slightly shifted position the power cuts off! HIGHLY DANGEROUS! how long does it usually take for an item running on a 12 volt or higher adaptor for it to notice it finally and start going faster and acting up/smoking? do they do it right away, or after a little bit? i am looking forward to using 9 volt adaptors to power some of my items as long as i know PROOF it's not enough to damage it, as batteries are expensive, and i don't want batteries to run down again! do you know anything about hacking an item to run ONLY on solar power, with solar panels and no backup batteries? i BADLY wanna do that to the things i have that use expensive batteries (original teddy ruxpin uses 4 c cells)! at dollar tree, there are ALL batteries for a dollar! (AA, AAA, maybe 9 volt, C, D) and they work AWESOME! not sure how long they last if an item is used constantly though, but that's good enough and im happy with what i got! try them! they work amazing! do you have a dollar tree in your area?
Um well, a 6 volt adapter wont fry a 9v but it will make it extremely weak and barley give power, 9 and 12 volt adapter will fry 6 volt adapter items. The sound typically fries first
Eh not if its damaged by that much over power, but blown transistors can be replaced, though I don't do board work at all, I'm not skilled on that yet.

It's been in my storage unit for years. It gets very cold during winter and then about may it starts getting hot again
