Sometimes it is ridiculous that a person who never teach even a single day ask someone who have several year of experience about teaching as if they know everything.
I think some questions regarding subject knowledge should be asked by one of the subject expert in the committee members. Please make a video of PGT teacher for chemistry also.
Unhone polite way mein hi name correction kiya tha....aur kitna polite....bekar mein hi interviewer ko superior feel karwana hein!!! 😂😂😂😂 And about hairstyle...that was decent only.....now teachers are imposed rules about this nonsense things!!! And she did give eg of the desk as rectangle....still they are not happy.....and about lesson plan....even if we make it with the children's mental development still not all the students will get it on the first day

I hv a phobia for interviews... This one was so good, everyone was kind and cooperative. I have social anxiety so a little rudeness is going to make me super nervous and cry but if interviews are like this.... This is a good news for me! ❤
When you are judging a teaching candidate and giving your feedback and even make videos regarding it including dressing you should yourself know what you should wearing, from 3 women expert one is wearing saree with grace, one is wearing suit, excellent and one is wearing formal shirt which is okay and great but you should keep your button close. One button open is ok but if you are at a responsible position you should have clothing sense what should wear at what time.
One thing I must say that....one should answer any question in one language rather than prefer bilingual at the same time...(she is replying her answer by mixing both languages). This is not a good impact.Second thing...when the interviewer is asking you in Hindi then you should answer in Hindi not in English just to show your fluency .
That's completely fine I feel..she did great n I didn't find any such negative aspect in her interview.. during answering any question..like if the question is being asked in English..n I don't find suitable English words to answer it or maybe if i get stuck..i won't show that i m stuck or such..i will just switch my language n that's a defence mechanism ❤❤

2- use something from class room
3- practice it before hand at least 3 topics
