During the covid people are struggling to make end meet.. I believe you about the price. My wife and I just paid the same price a few weeks ago.. not the same place tho but somewhere close I assumed.
I stayed at this place 3 years ago and it was 120USD a night and they didn't have the pool table, the owner had just moved to Malaysia if I'm not mistaken. Great place to stay specially at this price.

The one thing that annoys me about this is that កែប is the place where you are, but កែប is pronounced kaep, not khep. Nobody cares but me I know, but so easy to pronounce the name as the locals do, this one is not hard to get close to the real sound.
