I sometimes just put your videos on as a background as I find them soothing, I know you are saying good things from the ones I've listened to properly and I put them on while I'm washing the dishes or something and let my baby girl listen knowing that your lessons will stick with her somehow, somewhere in her memory and she will grow up knowing she's worth the love of a good man, knowing her standards and boundaries and feeling like a diamond girl. I'm learning to set that example for her but as yet she doesn't have a father figure in her life so it's wonderful to receive this help from the sisterhood, thank you Adrienne.

Listening to you got me in trouble! I wasn’t trying to get my ex back, he broke up with me and it hurt. But I met a new man that I wanted to have so I started watching your videos. After practicing what you taught on the man I wanted to attract, my ex came begging.. I now have two men wanting to be with me soo badly and I don’t know why. These are two highly intelligent powerful men…. I. didn’t even graduate college. How do I handle this ?
This is a great problem to have. Date them both and also add in one other man. THis way after 3 months of dating them all, you'll know. Hugs to you!
College doesn’t really matter to a man, as long as you have your own life and dreams and are a kickass personality and you look good then men don’t care how much money you make or how successful on paper you are. Trust me.
How did it go
Adrienne, you are such a blessing, so glad I found you! 44 here and dating again after years of well chosen and necessary celibacy. I will share kind of a funny story, maybe other ladies can relate. So, after listening carefully to your videos for several weeks and taking notes, I began really paying attention to my intuition when it comes to online dating, really noticing how my senses react, even to just written messages. This guy says "how are you?" I say something like "oh it is a beautiful autumn day, I can't wait to be outside and feel the warm sun on my skin". He answers "I'm still in bed(side note, it was almost noon), I am so happy and warm under the duvet, pillow is so soft!" I swear I started to laugh so hard I had tears rolling down my cheeks. Guy is 56 I think, and it was like he was using your scripts to trasmit his super glowing feminine energy. It made me all icky inside and it literally made me picture a little dog, wiggling its tail and trying to lick my face. No, not cute and definitely not manly. We chatted for a few more minutes and he kept going in a similar manner "I simply adore pizza and dessert, isn't it lovely to feel all that sugar on your lips?" I said goodbye pretty quickly and was very much amused. His feminine energy was so high it made me itch.

He even said goodbye with a row of hearteye emojis and an expression that could only be translated as '''little kisses''(so so off putting). I said to myself, this man has got better game than I do, he should totally be dating other men(maybe he does, who knows, the online is a well of surprises).
I felt so disconnected with my innerself just all tense and insecure about my relationship too in the last week but then this popped up in my feed and now I feel confident, secure and sassy! Thankyou Adrienne for you life changing vids, I feel at much ease ❤️.

Adrienne this was so on time. I’m seeing a guy that is in the process of getting his life back on track with a job etc. He was giving me lots of attention and then recently it has slowed down. My feelings have been so hurt. After watching this video I definitely believe it’s because I haven’t set any boundaries and know that’s what I have to do until he is ready to commit to only me. @@kimlarge4077 or PAULO??? LOL. Similar situation. Although I initiated contact after initial meeting a month earlier. He was like white in rice, so attentive and maintaining contact regularly seeing each other multiple times a week even a weekend getaway. After that I freaked out because it felt like a relationship although he wanted to "go with the flow". We talked, and then I felt like the more I showed him what he meant to me the more he pulled away and then it felt like I was chasing him until I got fed up and told him that I wasn't having a good time anymore. He agreed but now almost 3 months later we haven't really "ended" the relationship although we aren't in communication at all now aside from a few conversations about where and how the relationship went wrong......I was "too intense", always in his face via text and social media. That I didn't give him the chance to pursue and show me that he was into me too although I asked him to schedule days and times to see each other since my schedule was pretty full and he didn't want to saying that he didn't like to plan and I said well then how are we supposed to see each other of we don't set a day aside, " play it by ear "🙄🙄. He says that he hasn't given up on us yet but to give him space to miss me, wonder about me and look for me......well OKAY buddy..... I'll disappear but don't expect me to be available for your back and call. I wait for no man to see if he "picks me" I have plenty of options to chose from unfortunately none have gotten their claws into me like this guy has and my heart longs and aches for him and I HATE THAT. I just got tired of feeling like I was an after thought to him whenever he wasn't around. So it made me feel used regardless of how wonderful he was when we were together. Felt really narcissistic to me and mind games.

Currently feeling and watching my "boyfriend" of a year shutdown and pull away . We care for each other deeply, but its just like he's checked out and almost list his spark (toward everything, not just me). I know work/ his business endeavors aren't going the way he has hoped /envisioned and that his finances are beyond tight... which is the only reason we arent/ cant live together or really move things forward. So we got into a big fight to the point where I moved out. I’ve kept my distance and he is slowly starting to come around. I let him initiate things like texting or when he plans for us to hang out but it still feels like there’s something missing. He’s in the process of buying a home, a home that we were supposed to move into together. He’s saying that’s still going to happen because he can’t see his life without me but I can’t help but overthink. What if he completed changes his mind when he moves into this house. I know he feels a sense of pride in completing this goal but what if that changes his mind and all this hope he’s giving me goes up in the air?
A lot of what ifs. You just sit back and see what he can or cannot do. Get engaged soon or keep QD.

@adrienne I would love a video or advice on what to do AFTER you and your partner took a break in the relationship and are in the early steps coming back together. I want so badly to rush into things so they can be how they were (in terms of the good times) but I know he is still taking it slowly. I find it so difficult to not be overbearing and your video have definitely helped in keeping my cool but any advice on how to handle getting back together after a break would be so healthful!

Acknowledging how we feel is very important ladies, i ve had that ex of mine that i couldn t forget after several years after the break up , i ve always denied that i was deeply hurt, and kept thinking about him years and years . Then finally, i let him know how i really felt deeply inside ( he reached out to me ) and let my feelings be for weeks . Then guess what ?? I m now healed from that break up , i just let my feminine energy guide my body and heart , and soul without even knowing it . I didn t even know or learnt about feminine energy back then . I moved on completely . And that feels wonderful . So just be true to yourself about your feelings , it might hurt for a bit but then, you ll feel wonderful afterwards.

We’re been married for 2 years. He’s filing for divorce. He has said that he doesn’t feel connected anymore. He’s pulling away because he doesn’t trust me anymore even though I have been trying to be a better wife for the past month. But I think it might be a too little, too late.

Eleasah: Forgive my un solicited advice but I just wanted to add that those words you used "feminine" and "submissive" along with others like "consensual" " accountability" and "bring to the table" are huge red flags of men in the manosphere, particularly the black manosphere and red pill communities. These men spout very unhealthy and dangerous rhetoric toward women and should be steered clear of. In my humble opinion, you just dodged a bullet.

My husband stopped talking to me as much, sometimes I feel like he keeps himself purposely busy coming late from work often and doing all sorts of extra studies n so forth, not to have to come home to me. We've not spent much if any quality time in years. Hi Adrienne, you are a gift for us, specially for every woman. I have dated my bf for almost 4 months and it was like a life changing for me. We have even decided to grow old together but then, he left me few days ago, all of a sudden!!! And he says, "I feel like I am being controlled and loosing my freedom. I love to live freely and therefore, cannot continue with this relationship." We live in a different contry. It has been a week now. I cried once, nicely. I still haven't answered for his breakup voicemail. What should i do now? Should I answer him accepting his decision and telling him my feelings? Please guide me, my angel.
Same situation girl. It's sickening and disrespectful
Really just accept his no and tell him you will miss him but you will accept and move on. Don't discuss anything else. Keep your head high in the communication. Don't be short or rude but be to the point and wish him well. Then go focus on yourself and go through your feelings. It can't be stressed enough but heal your heart first.
Hi!! My guy and I have been dating about a year and in an exclusive relationship for 4 months. He has ex girlfriends he stays in touch with on social media. It triggers my anxiety when I see these women like and comment. He will also friend women who know his friends. He seems to get distant too. I’m having trouble trusting him even though he says to ignore it and he is with ME. Are these only my insecurities to deal with? I have trouble talking to him about this without feeling needy. I found myself begging for effort attention affection- he had left just 4 mos prior for 2 months- but his MO was to leave and ignore during a heated discussion or argument. 8 years together.
I would disagree, your husband and your parents are supposed to love you (the bare minimum). If they love you a lot that’s a BONUS.
This is true ethically, but they are not required to love you. Many peoples spouses and parents do not love them. They live a life in sadness and resistance. When you let go of that, you can live your life for YOU and not in the world of disappointment and sadness because someone isn't loving you. This is about boundaries and personal freedom. I would not get lost in this too much, but focus on expectations in love.

Yes, for sure, somehow we all need to gain the strength to love ourselves regardless, otherwise it wouldn’t be fair to us. It’s like your family let you down but we can’t follow them and let ourselves down either. I hope it makes sense.
My man has this heart to heart conversations AND is extremely masculine (but he also pulls away and shuts down when feels insecure about his job or me lol no one is perfect). That’s why he is worth giving a second chance. Not pursue though 👸🏽

I was going through a hard time, so I began to research ways to feel better. I found Adrienne's videos. My ex decided to snoop through my phone AND my youtube lol he criticized me watching these kind of videos and said "now you have "boundaries" and "standards" cause of something you "probably" just read from a book or saw on a video. Is it okay for a man to know you watch videos such as this one on how to deal with him and be aligned with yourself?

What do you do if you tell him I want to be in a regular dating relationship that leads to marriage and walk away and he responds sweetly to you, says he wants to work it out, but he doesn't acknowledge what you said? And another question, what do you do when he has more of the female energy in the relationship? He is working it out by trying to date you. As in Femm Tools for Dating (which you need!) after another few weeks of dating you bring it up again. Of course, men like it when we do the work for them, it keeps them feminine and lazy, don't do his work. Just don't. Wait him out. After 6 years he broke up with me yesterday after an argument (one of too many). Says I don't know how to treat a man, I compete with him, I don't listen to him, never take his advice, don't know how to be a girl, we aren't working and he feels like I love him but that I don't like him. He's tired and can't do this anymore. To me, he's a narcissist and as much as we argued, I still love him. Have known him since we were 13. Although it's probably for the best, feels like a death. I have a different question in my mind. Does it matter to write a goodbye letter to a guy if I feel that we are not the best match for each other (- to not let him think that I "ghosted" him)? I mean to say good things about him ( not to create bad karma for myself), but just to let him know that we are looking for different things in life right now.

Well my partner and I live together and for a little over a month now, he's been ignoring me, won't touch me, does not speak to me and he is super mean. I have truly worked on myself the past two years after separating from my ex-narc. When I first discovered your channel, I was so intrigued, yet so confused. I couldn’t wrap my head around how to be in a feminine energy w/o expectations, etc. I didn’t let this discourage me. I messed up with a couple of guys, but continued to learn and grow. I can proudly say today, if you truly work on yourself ladies, being in your true femininity will come natural. You just know.

not messaging or calling for 4 days in a row, (I was waiting ofr a few days hoping he would report himself but after 4 days I couldn't take it anymore) being me the one that reach out today casually like hi how are you etc -.- he answering super warm and kind -.- we are dating fro 2 years and 1 month LDR and just return from beig together with him for 6 months in a row and he felt a little suffocatted now and wants some time alone for himself, he agreed to call me ina few days when is my monthversary and my birthday 2 days after that , I don't want to overwelmed him I m out of his country for a month, but it makes me feel sad and a lil anxious that he doesn't feel like comunicating this past days, we didn't even fight.

Its so funny how men teach men that as soon as a women starts with "I feel", for them to just go head and shut down. They teach them that our feelings are not logical. Which made me took "I feel" out of my conversation. I guess I can start back.
