I think the judge will rule that the actions leading to this case were not done as an official act of the executive, and that he's not immune. SCOTUS only gave him immunity for official acts as the president. Not for acts as a private citizen, and not acts as a candidate.

The criminal immunity only applies to official acts of the executive, not private acts or acts of a candidate. In 2016, when these felonies occurred, Trump was not yet president. They gave him a small win, but it won't really apply to any of his pending cases.
It might work in our favor, if he got sentenced to jail in September it could cause an uproar with his base, that could hand him the election. However if it gets delayed to after the election, not only will he lose the election, then we can grab some popcorn and watch him get sentenced to jail. I was worried before Kamala stepped up that trump wouldn't get sentenced in time and he would win the presidency but now that path doesn't look possible for him anymore (we still need to vote as if we are down in the polls my 5+).

The corruption of SCOTUS is a real concern for me. They basically made the president a king, and we know the Constitution was designed to get us away from that. How can that corruption be dealt with? The plan by them is to make the president a king, get a Republican in there, then "reform" the federal government to the point of one party rule forever. That is their plan. Their objective is something like the ba'ath party in Iraq under Saddam. Trump of course being Saddam.

The corruption of SCOTUS is a real concern for me. They basically made the president a king, and we know the Constitution was designed to get us away from that. How can that corruption be dealt with?
