Hey Ivy, how do you deal with a copyright with merch like Pokemon and Ghibli? I am considering removing my Pokemon pins so I don't get into trouble, but I feel really sad, bcs they're so cute. Any advice?
not legal advice but to officially license your merch, you would have to reach out to the studios. any fan art sold without permission from the copyright holders can be removed for copyright infringement so it's definitely a sell at your own risk kind of thing
omg yes I was actually watching your video review yesterday!! cx i agree, not a great con. but thankfully i didn't have the experience of missing chairs and being moved around that you talked about in ur video 😥

Working smarter not harder, you said it all! Im also adept to re-utilizing artwork on multiple merch types. It works very well indeed
we can only draw so fast! I love seeing artists reutilizing artworks to expand product types in their catalogue!
