Agree - great video. Nice work. Thanks.
Nice video Sir. Very very simple and conceptual explanation. Please explain all your upcoming next videos in this way. Thanks a lot
I watched a couple of videos speaking about this. but honestly, your video is the one that made it really clear for me. Greetings from Algeria
Thanks for your response
Thank you for the refresher!!
Many thanks for your video
Very clear and easy to understand
thanks...sir i understood
Thanks ,good explained sir ,,👍
Wow!! I salute you
Very nicely explained
Good
Useful
Thank you boss👍
you sir did in 2 minuts what my teacher in 2 hours could not
good
Nice
Thanks
Sir aj clear hua Mera concept 2 wire short kyo karte hai thanks sir thank you Soo much sir
Sir plz make a video about vibration sensor s working principle, which are we use in turbine 1st bearing upto excitor input -24 vdc output -10.5 vdc
also make a video about
Fan s vibration sensors working principle.
helpt my thx
I like your video and please make it more videos
A big thanks sir clarity for 3 wire of PNP and NPN.
But, 2 wire How to find out which is PNP or NPN. Please can you send SMS sir.
Sir, how to check if, sensor not working not given to voltage only have Multimeter.
Good information
The contactor coil will take the current more than 100ma it maybe damaged the proximity
Sir, How to check output of 2 Wire Magnetic Sensor?
loves
Is there any way to identify the sensor without any ckt diagram and specifications and without using multi meter
Sorry if its too late, but you can try searching the datasheet for your sensor by looking at the sensor name thats imprinted on it. thats the only way i could find. alternatively you could try to hook it up to a power supply and try one of the two options in the video, but you could break the sensor in the process
pnp and npn stand for what?
Sir what happen if We connect it wrong
How come my sensor lights up when I connect the brown to + and blue to - without even getting something in front of the switch? Do I have faulty sensors? (All 6 I bought?)
If possible send model number and make of sensor
@@KEESOLUTION It's a chinese sensor I bought on Aliexpress NJK-5001B
It is PNP NC sensor
It is magnetic sensor means it can sense only magnet and range is maximum 10 mm adjustable
Feature:
Power supply reversal connection protection.
Long service life, high reliability.
Red LED indicates that it’s available to detect the sensor operating state.
Simple operation with adjustable distance
IP67 protection structure (IEC specification)
Characteristic parameter:
Type: PNP NC
Mounting way: Screen shield type
Detection distance: 10mm±10%
Set distance: 0-8mm
Response frequency: 1 kHz
Delay distance: 10% below of the detection distance
Standard detection object: Φ8 * 2mm Magnet(Standard cylindrical magnet, distinguishing the North and South pole)
Supply voltage: DC 6-36V
Consumption current: Below 300mA
Loop protection: Reversal connection protection, surge absorption, load short-circuit protection
Ambient temperature & humidity: -30~+65 °C, 35~95% RH
Insulation impedance: Above 50 MΩ between charging part and housing
Withstand voltage: AC 1000V 50/60Hz 1min between charging part and housing
Protection structure: IP67 (IEC specification)
Material: Nickel plated brass, ABS
Wire length:1.2M
@@KEESOLUTION really? So I need magnets for all my sensors...hmm...
the connector
लैंग्वेज
when the NPN picture show your telling pnp. thats why unlike
I will correct
Thankyou for your valuable feedback
both sensors the wiring was wrong, should be in A1 A2 not in Aux Contact to Energize Contactor or Rele
