Very succinct and comprehensive. One note: your breeding description failed to mention that animals can be moved around at will. The sheep could have legitimately bred in the example shown, by moving the boar into the stable or house, then storing the woollies in the vacated pasture and either the house or stable, depending on where the piggy ended up. Nonetheless, well done.
Same question here. Great video (cant find better ones on agricola) and only 15 minutes. Wd and i hope the guy gets the number of subscribers he deserves.
OUTSTANDING job on this! By far the best "bang for the buck" explanation of this game I've ever seen. I think it's at least as good as other tutorials I've seen which are more than twice as long. My only nitpick is the level of the music in the overall sound mix (it's about 50% too high IMO) but again I can't tell you enough how impressive this is. I'm looking forward to checking out your other vids.
Thanks for the teaching video, for such a classic I’m surprised at how few teaching videos there are. It may just be me, but I found the background music a little distracting. I can appreciate that with no backing music “how to” vids can feel dry, but maybe it was just that particular piece of music 🙂
Late on a reply but great tutorial. To the point. Well explained and can search the rules if need anything more. Thanks. Good refresher for me as last played it about 2 years ago lol.
It can mean different and opposite things depending on the context. Really confusing. If you have just spent time and effort traveling uphill then "it's all downhill from here" means that things are better and easier from here on out, similar to the phrase "It's smooth sailing from here on out". On the other side of the phrase; if you are at a positive, high point in your life, "it's all downhill from here" means everything coming is lower and worse. So it can mean more than one thing.
Thanks, Quinn Sommerfeld! I'm actually an English teacher and I didn't know that! It seemed a very weird usage to me. Either we only use it in the negative sense in Britain or I've never realised it's dual usage, thanks!
FYI, according to the written rules, the number of animals that can be contained in stables/fenced in pastures is actually only half of what is described in this video.

Thank you for the useful explanation in a short time. Like my previous commentator the music disturbs me. I think a review doesn't need a music.
Nice explanation. Please don’t include music during explanations though!
Why does this guy not have more subs?!?! He is the absolute best at explaining rules. We love you man!

Because he puts loud music in the background that makes understanding him way harder.
Easily the most useful explanation of the game. I'm about to sit down to try it for the first time and feel 10x more confident that I'll manage it.
Nice explanation, and in under 15 minutes too. Best How-To for Agricola I've watched.
Fidel Torres Thank you! That means a lot.

pro tip, dial that audio WAY back. Otherwise great job.
Great explanation in a reasonable time! It shows you put in the effort to make a great how-to video! Best Agricola explanation I have seen!
By far the best how to play video I've seen for Agricola. Awesome video.
MrSelkies Thanks!
Beatles mono are totally the best mixes
Thank you so much! Just don't use music so loud please~ 🙈

AMAZING EXPLANATION OF AGRICOLA!
Dont add music. When music isnt needed. 😂
Please no soundtrack!!
I'd subscribe after watching this if I wasn't already subscribed. Good stuff!
Thanks, I appreciate it.
No problem, your videos are great.
I subbed your amazing! Loved the review
Wow, great explanation. Subbed
Vincent Graham Thanks!
Thank you for explaining!
The music is very distracting
Thanks for the instruction!!! Easy to follow.
Great review, thanks man!
Do you know what “It’s all downhill from there” means?

Groat explanation. I love it.
Groat.. Sheesh.
which edition of agricola are you using?
NICK Van DAM I have either the first or second edition from Z-MAN, as well as the Goodies expansion for better resource tokens.
Pity you felt you needed to add distracting music. Otherwise very good.
Thanks, yea I have been learning as I go for sure.
FYI, according to the written rules, the number of animals that can be contained in stables/fenced in pastures is actually only half of what is described in this video.
What rulebook are you referencing? Fenced in pastures can hold 2 animals per square, and a stable inside doubles the capacity of the entire pasture.
Quick call for USD 50?
Good 👍 but annoying music, it does not need that imo
anyone else here because they gave up reading the directions!
If I download tik tok will it just fucking end?
Very difficult to hear over the music.
A-grey-cola ? Lol it’s a take off agriculture obviously. So it’s agri-cola
The background music you chose sounds like what some depressed gothic emo kid would listen to before slicing up his arms
game is too long
the background music is distracting, annoying, dull and adds zero value. i won’t be watching other videos in this series
Terrible background music, did not watch because of it
Oh man, turn off the music! Please!!
The music has to go
Would help if you pronounced the name correctly.....it's German
