Даже если ты отработал 12-часов за управление авто тебя допустят только через 24 часа. Не раньше. А сейчас ответственность вся на водителе. По-этому водитель должен требовать. После монтажа колёс накачка должно происходить в оборудованном месте. А здесь на улице. Хорошо что пешеходов не было.
