Either way, still something I consistently see beginners do when they aren’t doing an album cover
I understand. For me it is strange that people still think you can implement a LP cover design on products. It was possible in the ‘80s

Use clipping masks to soften the edges, I think they’re called frames in canva & texture effects for grunge appearance if your design calls for it!
