I so look forward to seeing you when I get all settled down at night. Thanks for sharing so much content ❤️ I am sure it gets tiring but just know it’s appreciated :) Have a good night!
Sue here: perfect video! Okay, orzo salad OUR FAVORITE been making it for years: In a large bowl add a half bottle Kens Greek Dressing. As soon as you drain the orzo put it in the dressing and stir well. The orzo will then absorb the dressing- so delicious. Load it with chopped black olives, sliced scallions, and TONS of feta cheese. Tons. Mix in more of the Greek dressing to taste. Add freshly grated black pepper. So easy so delicious and even tastier the next day. Best served at room temp. (You're welcome.) ❤
I am chowing down on the Greek Orzo salad and....YUM! There's a party in my mouth right now. I added some Salad Supreme seasoning, left out the chick peas, added some grilled chicken on the side and I am a happy camper.
I love the souper cubes! I have the larger size,as well. Love to freeze soups and such, then transfer to freezer bag and vacuum seal. The work great! Everything pops out easily and no stains from tomato based broths, either! Love your videos, Jen!! ❤
Hey Jen! Awesome meal prep! If you like the yai sauces try the almond thai sauce, its keto friendly and really yummy! We also add a block of cream cheese at the end to our salsa chicken and it makes awesome enchiladas! Thanks for another relaxing video!
Yay! Another meal prep video! I've missed these! I make a Greek salad similar to yours with quinoa- SO good! I put a big dollop of hummus on mine. Yum!
That watermelon peppermint sparkling water sounds amazing, peppermint anything is my favorite. The broccoli and ground beef casserole looks super yummy. 😋
I am going to make the beef broccoli casserole. Only I am going to experiment with turkey meat instead f beef. Everything looks delish. Thanks for sharing!!!
Totally going to make the beef and broccoli. We eat keto and I have all ingredients already on hand. Might make it half hot sausage and half ground beef. Thanks for the tip!
I am really excited to watch your journey on a healthy diet😁i am trying to follow that day by day, a few things that i start with i started to use only avocado or olive oil, eat more organic food, no sugar instead monkfruit sweetener and cut up on soda and drink mostly Trader’s Joe juices those are really healthy and also read the labels and ingredients , it’s helped a lot))) wish you good luck By the way you are one of my favorite bloghers🦋😁
I loooooove the beef and broccoli casserole! It saved my ass when I had gestational diabetes. I meal prepped 2 of them every time I ran out. So great. I did make mashed potatoes to go with it, but only had a small amount. We don't do keto. I do keto recipes, cause some (like the casserole) are fabulous, but I add a carb like potatoes or pasta. 🤷🏻♀️
How about freezer casserole dishes. I know with starting the new year I need to go thru the freezer and use up veggies, hamburger and berries and would love ideas.
I love everything I've ordered from Thrive so far and have ordered several times. Thanks for the Rao sauce recommendation. My family loved it. I ordered a couple of different Thrive sauces this time. Can't wait to try them! I've also ordered non-food things like dishwasher pods and rinse aid since I wasn't ordering from Grove.
I always add lemon juice, egg, and a small amount of baking powder to all pancake mixes and it makes for the very best pancakes! It’s something that was passed on to me from my Grandmother who made me the snot-nosed cook that I am!
I've been watching you for well over a year. And I love your recipes. Your such an awesome inspiration. I went gluten free about a year ago and if you have any tried and true recipes I'd love to hear them!
Hi Jen, I was wondering if you could maybe do a video on air fryers. I know you did one a while back. But I was wondering if you could do one on how you work out times on different frozen products. Since most just have oven times or sometime microwave times. I would be great to know about past failures and what you changed to fix them. Just a tips and tricks. I got one for Christmas and have been a little wary of it. 🤞
Getting my hopes up a little to much I went to Thrive Market hoping they'd do international shipping 😅🙈 Maybe one day! I already put orzo on my shopping list so I'll be prepping that sallad for the upcoming lunches 🤗 Thank you ❣
What a coincidence - I meal prepped salsa chicken in the instant pot earlier this week too. I use frozen skinless, boneless chicken thighs from Costco with 1 cup of the Kirkland Organic Medium Salsa, high pressure for 12 minutes. Comes out perfect every time!
Hey Jen 👋🏼 I noticed on my Menards trip today they had The Essential Baking Company bread, and marked down to $2 a loaf so I had to grab some! They freeze well also
I absolutely love thrive waiting on a new order I have celiacs and way to many food allergies I have come across very few things I didn't like the wonder noodles are great the salad dressings make great marinades theres just so much
Every time I see you mention Thrive Market I want to try (especially the take & bake bread!) but they’re still not available in Hawaii. Hopefully soon! 🤞🏽
I want to make the orzo salad. Sounds up my alley. Maybe the salsa chicken as I have salsa to use up. I haven’t tried Aura Borra but I saw them on Shark Tank. I’ll be thrilled to see what you think. They sell Whisps at the store I work in. We sell several flavors. I’ve bought the plain ones at Costco. They are delicious as a crisp topping for salad.
Hi Jen I have a question I no some people wash there chicken off before cooking what is your take on that I was mine but does it make any difference since you are cooking it with heat. Question only. Thanks
I love Thrive Market for several reasons. I was pleasantly surprised with the Nut Pod cinnamon swirl creamer. Deelish! I've also gotten their meat boxes a couple of times. I couldn't believe how good this meat was. A little pricey, but worth every penny.
Hi Jennifer! I was just looking in my freezer and I have a bunch of “stew meat” from Butcher Box. Any ideas on recipes for that (besides chili or stew)? I have an InstaPot & Dutch oven 🤗
Hi, Jen. If you put a damp paper towel under your chopping mat it won't move around when you are cutting food up. I love feta cheese and I love the salad you made.
Who needs TV or Food Network when you have Jen Chapin?! I always love when you share meal prep videos. You're the best!!
Hi sis 👋
The modern mom version of food network! 😁
Agreed!!
Thank you for supporting our small family buiness Jen. We're so grateful. -Michelle and Jake

Hi
So here’s a trick I learned cooking in restaurants, put a damp paper towel under your cutting board. It helps the cutting board stay in place. 😊
I use a kitchen towel (which I also learned to do in restaurants 😉) Either works great!
I’d love to see an all salad meal prep. Different types of salads!
You had me at “Meal Prep” I’m making the muffins tonight!
I am chowing down on the Greek Orzo salad and....YUM! There's a party in my mouth right now. I added some Salad Supreme seasoning, left out the chick peas, added some grilled chicken on the side and I am a happy camper.
That Greek Orzo salad looks delish! I added it to my recipes. Love vegetarian & gluten free foods.
This video is fully loaded!!! TY🤗 I'll have to try the Moroccan chicken??? & cookies
I get the best ideas from you. Thank you!
I also add vanilla to my pancakes! And that salad omg looks amazing!
That Greek orzo salad looks SO delicious! I would add some Kalamata olives to it, myself :)
Thank you for putting the time stamps for each recipe! Huge help to go back and reference

Can’t wait to try the orzo pasta dish!
I'm definitely gonna make the beef and broccoli casserole 😋 Thanks for sharing and I ALWAYS enjoy your content!
I love the idea of chick peas in the Greek salad. I like lots of fresh mint as well as parsley, some black olives and lemon juice in mine.
Totally going to make the beef and broccoli. We eat keto and I have all ingredients already on hand. Might make it half hot sausage and half ground beef. Thanks for the tip!
Love your videos....such a great reprieve from all the bad news on TV.👍👍

Everything looked so yummy! Especially that Greek orzo salad! Yum!! Hope you’re having a good week!
You're amazing! I still want to know about those pink pans. Thank you for all your meal ideas. I think I'll try remember all.
I've been watching you for well over a year. And I love your recipes. Your such an awesome inspiration. I went gluten free about a year ago and if you have any tried and true recipes I'd love to hear them!
You made me put orzo on my grocery list. So excited to try the orzo salad
Hi Jen! What brand is your lemon juicer? It always looks like it gets so much juice out of the lemons!
I love that Greek salad!!- and just FYI-the beans ( and cheese) add plenty of protein.
Great video Jen! You're rocking the meal prep!
Literally just ordered the souper cubes. These will be great for my meal prepping!
Incredible video! I appreciate the healthy recipes as I am doing Trim Healthy Mama this year.

I LIVE for meal prep videos! 🙌
Definitely going to make that orzo salad for lunches and the broccoli beef casserole for my man.thank you for the inspiration 💕🥦
Hey Jen missed you glad for a new video....
Pro tip: put your pancakes in the toaster instead of the microwave!
They give them a slightly crunch on the outside and nice warm soft center 😁
Great idea!!
Thanks for sharing your great ideas 😊

Please do more vegan! We love that vegan Mac and cheese you did a while back! 🥰
The orzo salad (the one linked) is so so good. My whole family loves it
Hey Jen 👋🏼 I noticed on my Menards trip today they had The Essential Baking Company bread, and marked down to $2 a loaf so I had to grab some! They freeze well also

Hey Jen love your meal prep video 😘
The Mina harissa is really good
Hey girl. So glad to see ya...
Im going to order the food stir mix for the cookies.
I’ve been in such a rut with what to cook, adding the orzo dish and muffins to the menu this next week!
Do u like coconut flour or almond flour better?
Love it!!
Hi, Jen. If you put a damp paper towel under your chopping mat it won't move around when you are cutting food up. I love feta cheese and I love the salad you made.
Favorite videos
YOU ROCK‼️❣️‼️
Yay
The Aura Bora was on Shark Tank last week!
I’ve heard that for recipes with almond flour you should always let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the liquids in the recipe.
Yay!
Put a splash of water under that plastic cutting board and it won't slip around like that. Hard to cut a moving target!
I didn't like that Thrive wants your bank info before you can see thier products. So I pass
I had no idea.
I don’t blame you either!!
Its worth it use a prepaid card I was Leary also at first I'm 8 months in and I'm glad I did it
I can see all the products without entering anything?
That’s why I passed on Thrive too!
