I faced the similar problems in my sonet but they fixed on the same day and also provided me some scratch remover pens as an apoloy, maybe dealership wasn't good, ya fir ye log hi ownership mein galat tareeke se baat kar rhe honge coz polite tareeke se baat karo toh vo issue ko acche se address karrte hai and solutions bhi best dete hai, I'm happy with my sonet and dealership
He is very angry while explaining his complaints... and all of a sudden mehak asked about her involve perfume🥏 and he took break and said yes it's nice...🤔😂😅🤣

My Baleno RS engine seized within 1 year of car purchase which took 1.6 lacks however Maruti Suzuki had taken care of the issue with great maturity. All the companies do the same thing once you purchased the vehicle weather its KIA or any other company, I am using Tata since 2017, Tata superiors not even bother themselves to respond you, Imagining if you find any issue and Company will change your car, It won't happen, No company will do this, I would say its Buyers bed luck.
At least we can trust Maruti Suzuki in these types of things, their cars are very reliable when it comes to engines. Hopefully, they improve their build quality as well.

What I said, product Nexon is very good. I didn't parise Tata motors because they have also some issues regarding service. But one thing you should notice, they never say that issues can be resolved to only particular dealer. If you have warranty, you can service or fix issues from all over India's Tata authorised service centre.
FYI just compare even Seltos with Nexon about Global Ncap safety ratings.

Yeh Dada motors ke pehle bhi 2-3 case aise hi dekhe hain. Ek owner ne bataya tha ki yeh dealer purani defective car ko dusre customers ko sell kar deta he. Ek hi dealer ki itni sari complaints.

This is not true, i did have multiple problems with my Kia .....They ALWAYS solved them immediately......such are rare cases.....do not judge a company buy such videos......this is a problem with that specific service centre.......not all of them.....others are great from years of experience.....

I own Creta 1.5 2020, meri car me bhi engine fail hua tha after driving 20,000 kms, mene complaints dali then woh tow kr k le gaye aur one month laga car sahi hone aur unhone pura engine naya lagaya, aur me everyday agency jaa jaa k unpe pressure dalta tha, but just talk to the workers politely, har issue ka reason pucha try to understand the problem and just be co operative, ha thoda extra kharch zarur hoga toh uska toh koi ilaj nhi hai. Coz ham India me rehte hai America me nhi, har cheez 100% perfect mil hi nhi sakti.
Now my car is absolutely fine, driving everyday 100s of kms, enjoying it. 👍

My dad has a Ford Figo 2012 (bought in December 2012), and a few days ago, we were facing that no starting problem. The Figo caused that problem after after 9 years, and the Kia started causing that problem in just 3 months. Hats off.
LOL, I forgot to add one epic point. The Figo is not having airbags, but when that start stop issue used to occur, sometimes the airbag light on the speedometer used to light up (when the electricals start working again but the car won't start), we got airbags for free, Ford is a very generous company.

It totally depends upon dealer to dealer. You should approach consumer court and make them learn the customer power. Also update the dealer name in the RUclips, so that no one can purchase from that dealer.

If you want features and less safety buy Kia and Hyundai, both are Korean sisters. If you want safety and best driving performance buy TATA and Mahindra. Apart from this Toyota Innova crysta, Fortuner and Honda City are good options. Also, skoda and Volkswagen cars are made of better build quality. Hence there prices are higher.
Sad for your issues. I am using Kia sonet since November 2020 and odo is more than 15k and faced no issues at all. Kia should not ignore the issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Such problems are very common in Hyundai and Kia engines. Engine heating problem, Slave Cylinder and Master Cylinder also get damaged very quickly. Due to which the car stops suddenly and clutch, gear, steering everything becomes hard and the car does not even start. That's why I have sold my Hyundai i20 Car for the same reason.
In the middle of the serious session on the issues, she asks how the perfume was and feels very happy that it was good. She also doesn't forget to recommend it again for all the viewers.🤦♂️

In way a review participant wud sooner or later get either offended or disturbed with even subtle sarcastical sounding questions for one's personal choices likr cars color, interior exterior preference, variant or even the cars make n model choices where an interviewer can be suggestive but not demeaning or indirectly degrading one's asset purchase whether it is precious for the owner or not and/or their whatsoever sentiments. But having said that she is still improving on the tech side n jargands vocabulary etc. and can better up on car n mkt analysis n shine brighter.

There has been a lot of problems emanating from Kia, whether be it the product reliability or the service from the showroom, thats the reason i switched to creta instead of seltos that too a month back

Very thing depends upon the agency and the people working in the agency..
One service station can give you immense satisfaction and on the other hand antoher service station can give you hell lot of experience..
And Creta and SelTos are same brother, both share same engine, gearbox, chassis and many other mechanical parts.
I think @rgsbackagain you don't know that Kia and Hyundai are the same. Hyundai is parent company of Kia

@@anuragverma5318 abusing wont make your point valid.....every other car is good for some and bad for some....these guys have every right to be pissed off....but cars are machines afterall.....kia has been a very old company and a good one....i cnt speak on behalf of the service people because most of them are rude and dont own up their mistakes....i have been a maruti , hyundai, honda and kia owner....its the people in customer service who demean the immense research work that goes into making theses machines.....dealer management dont have the same client handling training as does the company...bcoz they are just selling the vehicles.....i have had similar experiences but if you go through rights channels.....company will resolve it....not talking about dealership bcoz primary service givers are dealership people unless the matter is escalated to the company....

I feel sorry for this uncle. We have kia seltos at home. I roughed up all sales guys and owner of showroom before buying seltos. I knew these sales guys just know selling , so before they made my experience bad, lets show them beforehand that I'm baddest than them. I made fun of their sales pitch almost everytime. Finalized car with lot of inspection, consultation, and vigilance. Thankfully we are safe as of now but I promise I'll take revengge from kia senior executives fro treating this uncle like shit. You can see on his face, how shattered he feels. Poori zindagi ki kamai aap gaadi pe laga dein aur phir apke sath koi aisa kar de. Shame on you Kia.
