If those grooves aroung the lenses are for filter attachment or even lens protection that would be huge!

The X3 is practically a perfect camera as long as you take good care of the lenses. But if the X4 has 8K, I’m buying the new one as soon as it’s released. ❤️

Looks cool but I am concerned about the night capability.
Take a look at the DJI OSMO Action 4 (URL: www.dji.com/products/handheld-imaging-devices#action-series) to give you an idea of what to expect from the Avata 2 in low light . The sensor in the new Avata 2 is very similar and low light performance should match quite closely what you see in the DJI Osmo Action 4 action camera. Hope that helps..
Is 1 tb msd card is minimum required
I was actually just researching the insta360, either I get a new version or a discount on the old one!
Wait for this new one. Unless ur getting the old one for at least half off and you dont care about a giant leap in video quality.

the X4 is 100 dollars higher price than the X3.
the X2 is still sold at 340 USD(launch price 430USD) around the world.
it be nice to see some discount to offset a bigger or 2nd microSD card or some accessories
@eisenklad Oh I know. But thats the only reason I would even consider an X3 over the X4. Thats why im telling him to get the X4. Its not worth the slight discount.
@@semaj06 from some sites that look at the leaks.
the X4 sensor is twice of the X3.
that explains the need for higher capacity battery.
the reason to get X3 now is the accessories.
we assume the X4 is just new guts in same shell.
but it can be easily a few mm difference that will make it not fit in the dive case or those protection cages and the lens protectors. it will be a few weeks before we get proper 3rd party accessories.
if one has a trip in may, waiting for the X4, doesn't make sense.
for the regular folks, 4k is still plenty.
If this X4 does not have at least a 1 / 1.3 inch sensor, then Insta360 is clearly not done with the One RS 1 inch 360. Get ready for the One RS upgrade, which will likely be released in August.
I just hope my DJI Mavic Air 2 can lift it. It does fine with my One X2.
Still don't belive it's an X4 as this will break the Insta360 release cycle!
It might be an RS type camera!

X3 gives approx 1080p when reframed. The X4 may achieve 1440p. Better, but not really sensational.
Right there with ya...the 8K video sounds great. You'll be able to re-crop and zoom in...but let's be honest. Who's editing and watching in 8K. Those file sizes for editing start to get insane..then you've got storage issues. And if your not using a really good computer. We'll, you better be using PROXIES because 8K is going to cause most computers to grind to a halt. All things to consider...
Fora que esses 1080 não é tão agradável por conta da compressão e baixo bits, se os rumores se confirmarem terá mais taxa de bits e ai a brincadeira começa a ficar melhor
