For all the people complaining about the Walton’s plans is complete ignorance! Glad to have them, they build things that have greatly helped NWA! Walmart profits 1 million a minute, be glad they spend money here! They can spend it anywhere. Buy out cooper!
Is it? Do you know how much the cost of living has been driven up here? We never even got to vote on the bike trails, which ended up being built as close as 5 ft in distance from some folks' property lines.
BV for a long long time will be the affordable arm near Bentonville. That's why the Waltons are taking more ownership of it -- they can't recruit to Walmart if no one can find an affordable home to buy
Traffic is NOT resolved across ALL of NWA. Even just this morning someone who is a life long resident was late due to the traffic. Bentonville square has changed from the quaint place everyone loved to go hang out and enjoy. Old timers would come play instruments… now people moved in and it’s growing too much. There’s only ONE downtown Rogers- pinnacle is not another one. I hate the crowded roads since so many people have moved in. Stop moving here and trying to alter it to fit you. Fit to where you move to.
My husband and I are planning to move to Bella Vista sometime next year. I plan to work hard at fitting in - helps that I’m already conservative. I’ll become a big Hogs fan. And I think I’ll learn to fish! We’re retired, so we won’t be contributing to rush hour traffic. And I don’t want a new home, so we’ll just replace someone who is moving elsewhere. How does that sound? 😊

Your map not quite correct. This purchase did not include the former Golf Course property next to Allen's Grocery. That is POA property, owned by the members. This purchase pales in comparison to the recent purchase of 2700+acres from Cooper Communities, plus all development rights of Bella Vista. Cooper no longer is the developer.

Anytime and very welcome! Sadly, all of Bella Vista is an a HOA. There is some land that has Bella Vista zip code but is out of the HOA but you cannot use what Bella Vista offers :(
They own it. They will be able to set the prices for rental and leasing. They will not sale any real estate. Even if they sale the business they wont sale the real estate.

It will not be affordable soon. Only if you get in early. Supply and demand is going to run the prices up.
