You aren't going to believe this. During a road trip I had my mp3 plugged into the car. It just so happened that my niece was watching Treasure Planet on our little movie player (with headphones) when this track came on. I immediately thought of this video. If that wasn't insanely coincidental enough, the movie was at the part where the ship was being taken over and they were shooting at each other. The gunfire in the music played at the most perfect moment possible.
This is probably the first time I've ever commented on this video, but ever since a few years back I've returned to this fan creation to watch it and listen to it every now and again. I actually like your video more than the one Pogo put together. Pogo is brilliant, but you're not half bad yourself! This is by far one of my favorite fan creations and Pogo remakes. :)
3 years later and I still come back to this video and love it as much as the first time I saw it! Not only is the timing of the clips spot on, but your choice of clips fits the music in a really clever way with the way in which some parts are action packed whilst others are more reflective and emotional. LOVE it. Thank you for sharing!
This was absolutely wonderful! Your timing & choice of clips was spot on. My favorite part is Amelia's bit. This is probably the best Pogo remake I've seen! Good on ya! :D
THAT IS A JOY - YOU GOT SERIOUS SKILLS AND AFTER WATCHING YOUR MELLOW BRICK ROAD ENTRY AND YOUR CHANNEL, I AM GONNA BE WATCHING FROM NOW ON. YOUR BRINGING ANOTHER VIBE TO THE INTERNETS AUIDIO VISUAL;REMIX SCENE - BRILLIANT
Wow, just wow! This is frickin amazing! I love it! I absolutely love the song from the first time I heard it, and obviously loved the original video Pogo made, but I totally love seeing other people's take on the music. You timed the sounds really well and I was actually smiling as I watched this! So good! Like just amazing haha well done! :D
@conner27ify Whoa Conner, you're taking this video way too seriously. I wasn't trying to be Pogo in any way. I merely noticed the similarities between Terminator 2 and Treasure Planet and thought Skynet Symphonic would be a great way to show that. I love Skynet Symphonic and wasn't trying to improve it in any way. That being said, there's no need to bash someone else's opinion in such a "bellow the belt", and generally tasteless way. Grow up.
I expected a pogo-esque remix of Treasure Planet, but this is great too.

This is really cleverly put together.
Also, at 0:55 - 1:09 the swag is real.

HeatherBradbury96 Well thanks, that's a great compliment!
Awesome video, matches pretty damn perfect. You could fool people into thinking treasure planet was where it was sampled from.
This was absolutely wonderful!

I liked this movie. Never understood why it seemed to get so much hate.

Mary Aliv Thank you. The original song is Skynet Symphonic, using sounds from Terminator 2.

@scaremongeringg Well I appreciated both of your comments, thanks!
That "SOB” was cool
Pogos worked for!!!!
@CuoriRubati Sorry to let you down, I tried to be clear in the title. I agree, if Treasure Planet got the Pogo treatment, it'd be awesome.
@dainumo Ha ha, no, I thought I was just imagining things so you forced me to double check.
@Dittofication Thanks, but it didn't take me too terribly long. Granted, probably longer than any sane person would've spent.
I liked it then and I like it no! (sorry i made you re-post...haha)
@thinkbeforespeaking Well, I don't know about the "son of a bitch", and "blow shit up" parts, but thanks!
Jim looks like Trunks
