i e mailed sunex a pic on their fast track warranty and they sent new impact socket out in a couple days it was good. e mail them a pic. i think their swivels are very good for the price too i have no issues with mine and i have sunex in all drive sizes.
Have a bunch of 1/2" SAE and MM sets of shallow Sunex impact socket sets and a 3/4" deep set? Never had any issues, guess the universals are not so good? Only own USA Mac and SK universals, usually better than Tawain one's in my experience?
i never had that issue, and i warrantied multiple sockets through the sunexpress program. all i had to do was take a picture or make a video and they sent it out next day. someone's fibbing
Really considering these sockets…seem like the top of their tier before breaking out that wallet for snap on. Can’t order individual sockets from HF and sunex is better quality than icon
I own alot of sunex impact socket including these. Have never failed me. Havent rounded off a bolt to this day. Use em everyday all day. Worst problem is forgetting them in engine bays
That broken one doesn't look like a real Sunex socket to me? I'd say it's a knock-off, or it's super old? Even my 20 year old sockets look like the new one you just got to replace it with? See how it has engravings on the socket sides, and the broken one doesn't? Something doesn't look legit in my eye's?
No issues just like Tekton warranty sent a photo of a damaged 21mm cracked and was shipped same day. May have sent a photo of the same socket a couple of times just to have spares on hand 😅 but hey that’s the service that will keep me buying
All I've had to do was send a picture of the socket and the past number and they have warrantied my sockets many times.

My local Mac truck sells sunex and warranties my stuff
My Mac dealer sells Sunex and does my warranties. Not sure if any of your tool dealers do that?
I’m sure you can email a pic and get a replacement mailed to you
Well technically now that you bought one out of pocket just warranty off that sale but should be able to just email a pic

Yeah they emailed me after that video and said to just sent a picture in and they would warranty it

you bought counterfeit
There also made in China now. To bad.
They are made in China now vs Taiwan. Idk if that has anything to do with it.
How old is that socket? I’ve never seen this style
It’s from the 90s
@@Jasonandsonsgarageoh wow that’s cool. Was Sunex known for good tools back then as well?
