@@rjtennismaster it is but staff of huma is of the charts like 70k single plung with out it's homa sub stats with it it depends on you hp I have 20k hp so I get like 85k DMG

@@sanjiplaysvalorant3830 No No, staff of Homa isn't AS POWERFUL as you think. Considering 130% crit value and 35% atk on substats with 4 PC vermillion on xiao, and exactly 1:2 crit ratio, Xiao with PJWS does 41k plunges when stacked, and with Homa he does 38-40k plunges depending on HP. Also PJWS has unconditionally consistent damage as Homa needs you to stay below 50% HP.
If you put exactly 60% crit rate on him with the same amount of crit value (130%), Homa does 46-49k plunges and PJWS does 48k. So it is clear PJWS is BIS for xiao because he doesn't have to stay low HP, plus drip bonus.
