They work perfectly! With 3 of these cameras I can see every corner of the yard, and they were very easy to set up. The best part is I only get the footage I want to see, not hours of videos of the bird feeder swaying in the breeze.
Not to mention it works great with Alexa, tell her to turn the floodlight on or off and show the video feed on the Echo Show. Thanks for the video, note to anyone pointing the camera to the front yard where there is a street. The camera will catch, record and notify you of every car passing by even if you have a detection area set that does not include the street, the fix for this is to disable "out of view detection"
@@techtrx In my situation, decreasing the motion range to the minimum still resulted in cars being detected on the far side of my detection zone 50 feet away when out of view detection was enabled. Just in case the same happens to someone else. :) Eufy should note that the detection area will not work with out of view detection enabled. Unless something is funky with my unit.
Great video! Can you set both ambient and motion light active? In other words, have ambient from sunset to sunrise at 10% brightness, then kick in automatically to 50% when motion is detected, and then revert automatically back to 10% when no more motion?
Hello, I recently bought the camera and noticed that it vibrates briefly for 2-3 seconds at night between 2 and 5 a.m. Is that normal? Is that the same with you?
The problem with these kinds of video cameras is that unfortunately you pay a lot and they don't help you identify the unwanted person who tries to break into your house, or steal your car, and even more with a covered face. And another downside is that the camera is installed about 8 to 10 feet high. Now. I am also not saying that the camera is not good, and maybe it will take good quality videos. What I'm trying to say here is that any $ 50 camera would do the same job for you, if you install it in the same way as the video shows.

Ya definitely a good point. You can also lower the motion range detection if that helps a little bit
