How much tension were you putting on that lock? The first few clicks sounded like a hammer hitting an anvil. The curved ends on the sliders are there to match the side of the plug and fit into the cylinder.
Double euro format is truly cursed to gut. Good (enough) job though! Have you picked an mt5+ before? How would you compare this? I love locks with dual mechanisms.
