Man, that looks interesting up there. Doesn’t really feel like Thailand. Were you tempted to cross over the line? Did you talk to any foreigners that had gone to Myanmar ?
I was very tempted! but since it was a group tour we didn't have time. there was an older French man in our group and he said he's visited both Myanmar and Laos and liked them both, especially Laos. and you are right! it really felt different up there. next time I'm in Thailand I plan on going back to those areas myself
