I've made this tday i added sci and Kaolin clay and it turned out sooo good and gentle thank uu ❤️❤️
what is the ph of this soap?
What are the percentages (%) of this formulation?
Thank you so much for this beautiful cleanser Olga 🙏🏻. This does not need any preservative since it comes in contact with water? - Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.
You can add a preservative to make it safer (1% of Euxyl 9010, for ex.₽
Скажите чем можно заменить МСТ масло?
Буду вам благодарна за ответ!
Ваши рецепты просто суупер!!❤❤💐💐💐💐💐💐
thank you for the recipy! you are amazing =) did I understand correctly, that if I decide to add wax - I add it instaed of MCT oil? it can work without wax too? and tell some words about Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, please - is it the safiest surfactant, thats why we use it for face products? can we change it for SCI, for example? thank you very much for all what you do!
If you need more solid consistancy, then yes - you can replace a part of MCT oil with wax. Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is one of the mildest surfactants, but if your skin is not sensitive, then you can take isethionate. Please note that SCI is a solid surfactant, and sarcosinate - a liquid one, so if you replace one with another, then you might get a solid structure without any wax added.
@@cremeandbutterthanks a lot! I wiil try =)
Would you please to answer whether it's possible to use SLSA instead of Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate. Thanks a lot in advance!
yes, in this case, you should take less cetearyl alcohol and a bit more liquid oils, as SLSA is a solid matter.
Hi, should i add preservative? Because it come in contact with water.
You could add an oil soluble preservative (optiphen, euxyl 9010), or just make sure it drye out completely between use
What can I replace olivem with? Stearic acid or bees wax should work right
Hi, Sreemani, you can try stearic acid, yes, but the beeswax will not work. You need an emulsifier that will help to cleanse the skin.
@@cremeandbutter thankyou! How long does it stay without preservative? I know if it dries after every use, we don't need preservative, but I am into small business and I want to sell these beautiful cleansing bars. As per norms, I need to give shelf life
@@sreemanis well, normally you have to include preservatives as the product comes in contact with water - you should check with the legislation of your country. Shelf life depends on the oils you use - if you take rather stable oils and use the appropriate amount of antioxidants, the product will remain stable for up to 12 months. But again, check for the legal requirements for anhydrous products that come in contact with water.
It's suitable dry sensitive skin also acne prone??
yes, but instead of vanilla perfume I would recommend using a tea tree essential oil (it works both for sensitive and acne-prone skin)😊
You talked about adding soybean wax and vitamin E but never said how much to add or when you add them, could you clarify please?
you can add 0,2-0,5 % of vitamine E and you can replace coconut oil in the recipe with soybean oil
@@cremeandbutter Thank you so much!
Zero waste? Not so much honey. Lots of plastic bottles plus everyone is going to order this stuff from Amazon which is the biggest energy sucking offender
Plus wastewater from washing up afterwards.
I do love products and methods like this but no manufacturung process is without waste of some kind.
Instead of the absolute term of "zero waste" perhaps we ought to aim towards "minimal waste" or "made with considerable attempt to reduce environmental impact."
