i have a gtx 1650 in a laptop and valorant in low settings get 90 - 100 fps average. I recommend to save more and buy the ti version or maybe the 1660 ti instead

i have an hp envy 2020 with these specs but it has the cooling system of the omen laptops so it keeps the cpu clocks at around 4.5ghz most of the time when its in performance mode and yeah these specs are mostly enough to play most of the games if not all in high or even ultra settings. the gpu or vram isn't a bottleneck most of the time since on a loptop using higher than 1080p is just dumb.
Sniper _HD a GTX 970 is more or less equivalent to a GTX 1060 As for the processor I would recommended going for a Ryzen 3 third gen as it is way better

It's actually pretty good I'm surprised with the results there are games at high that are over 60 FPS it's fantastic if you're budget is low almost any game is playble at medium+high settings or even high settings alone.
