Her Portrait In Black is my favorite Atreyu song, massively under rated
Her portrait in black, but it's not on Spotify, so back up option is The Theft 🤘
My favourite Atreyu song is Storm to Pass. "Watching, waiting, dreadful, shaking..." 🤘
Two Become One...the haunting little bridge, build into the big scream for the breakdown still gives me chills 15 years later.
After that the entire The Curse album 😅
Fave Atreyu songs are Lip Gloss and Black and Bleeding Mascara. Saw them play those live at Warped Tour about 15 years ago and it was epic.
Slow burn is my favourite by them. Love it still have it in my playlists today.

The Curse and Death Grip on Yesterday were both great albums. I remember when they came out people were trying to say they sold out. What a dumb idea that was back then LOL

Oh man, I’ve been listening to Atreyu since Suicide Notes. Favorite songs would be “Demonology and Heartache” and “Stop before it’s too late and we’ve destroyed it all.”
With that being said, hope you can react to Alex’s new band Dead Icarus and the single they just dropped!
Lipgloss and black and right side of the bed got me into Atreyu and I've listen to them since then. I love how they progressed through the years but still have their sound.

The Crimson, Creature, Remembrance Ballad
The Crimson is my favorite Atreyu song. Love almost the entire discography, but the opening riff and the fact that Alex sounds like he’s gonna blow his vocals out for the sake of the song really make it stand out. Her Portrait in Black is also incredible.
Definitely check out Sellout by Dead Icarus. Sounds a lot like the early Atreyu years. Love the channel!

The Crimson is my favourite, but I'll throw in Her Portrait in Black as a strong contender that few people really rate.
I agree that this song had a 'heavy bit for the sake of having a heavy bit' and it just didn't land. But I recognise that every Atreyu song that they ever release will be held against the standards of The Curse and Lead Sails, and they will likely never land another true banger in my eyes past my rose-tinted goggles.
My favourite Atreyu song is probably “Becoming the Bull”
My favorite part of this band has always been Brandons cleans/choruses. I really havent liked much from them as a whole after A Death-Grip on Yesterday but their choruses still hold up.
Doomsday or Falling Down for me as best Atreyu track. But from the recent EP, both Drowning and Watch Me Burn I love, as well as the film clips are great!
I know this band has been heavily scrutinized with the different sound with the lead singer change from the previous drummer (i think) but god damn i think their new stuff is legitimately SO good. Not flashy by any means not ground breaking but they just make good solid songs now

Oof. I loved Atreyu, even to the point that I still consider getting lyrics tattooed, because it still resonates with me deeply, but what they've been doing since Congregation has absolutely not been my jam. Even before Alex was no longer a part of the band. I think there's actually slowly been a departure in their sound since Long Live, most evidently with Baptize and this new single. I dont want to spread negativity, especially from one of my former favorite bands, but this is not it, at least for me.
Different strokes I suppose, I love their old stuff and their new stuff is even more my jam. Which I prefer Brandons vocals and always have.
I miss Alex quite a bit. I didn't like the last album at all, maybe 1 song. This album/EP is better though.
