Congratulations on your gorgeous finish! Your WIPs are coming along nicely and I LOVE the fabric you chose for the Wind Moon Fairy, it’s stunning! Your new purchases are all lovely adds to your collection! 👍😃
Such a great video my friend! You must have four hands getting all that stitching done!!! Love seeing all your hall, I still have my holly Hobbie doll she’s in green! Sending big hugs your way❤
Hello , Amanda! Your process of choosing fabrics makes sense. 👍🏻 Your Mira mermaid is so beautiful! That Rolanda fabric for the Dimensions piece is perfect! Rolanda is so clever. 🥰 I look forward to seeing your stocking progress.... and also I will look for the little sticky ring thingy for the beading process. It would come in handy when doing excessive beading. Thanks again for your shout-out the other day ! I was stunned and also got lots of new subs. 🎊🎊🎊
Hi Amber! So glad to hear you got more subs! You are one of my favorites on flosstube so i really hope you make the 1k milestone! I'm obsessed with rolanda's fabric. I've had to ban myself from browsing her etsy store when she posts fabric!🙄
Hi Amanda! Looooved your Renaissance Mermaid, she looks marvelous! ❤🧞♀❤Thank you so much for lovely shout out! You are too kind 😊 I can confess I sometimes second-guessed my hand dyed fabric choices and loved the tip about choosing fabric. I also agree about invisible thread, they make me blind by the time I finish beading a Mira. And for Dimensions stash... Yes pleasssse... I love seeing what other stitchers have and planned to stitch. It is so much fan! 😁 Happy stitching!!!
Great ideas for choosing hand-dyed fabric. I'm with you that I've seen so many things get swallowed whole by the fabric. I couldn't put my finger on why, but I think you may just have identified the solution. Also love the bead ring contraption! Ingenious! That Renaissance Mermaid is sooooo stunning. Also love the vintage stockings, of course. I hadn't seen the generic "puppy" and "kitty" stockings before--so cute.
Thanks Deb! Yes, hand dyed fabric can be tricky. Also, what is pleasing to one eye, isn't for another. That's just the method that works for me. I hadn't seen those stockings either. My guess is that they are from one of the herschners christmas books. Take care and thanks for stopping by!
Well that ended a bit abruptly! Something I would do for sure. :) I am currently stitching Rosamund and using 32 ct Beetroot linen from Fox and Rabbit. I went with a totally contrasting color to the palest colors in the coverlet/blanket. I have a photo in the Rosamund Mirabilia group. I do think the color you selected would also look gorgeous! A huge yes to seeing your Dimensions kits pls. Steph in NJ
I wasn't sure what you meant and when i watched it, the last 5 minutes of my video didn't upload. Uploading videos to RUclips can be a pain. I will definitely check out your rosamund!
Another great flosstube! I absolutely love your Wind Moon Fairy and the fabric you chose is a fabulous match! I agree with you about picking out hand dyed fabric colors for projects. I started using that method about a year ago and I also use that method for choosing mat board when framing a piece that needs it. I loved everything you showed and the fabric for the Rosamunde project is perfect.
Love your video and projects. I am stitching Fairy Moon kit also on a hand-dyed fabric. BTW there is a Mill Hill Pet Shoppe currently available on 123 stitch that I have added to my Christmas Village in case you are interested.
Love your Finishes - they are so pretty.
Love your WIPS - you are making great progress on them.
Take Care & Happy Stitching

Thanks melanie! I think almost every little girl from the 70's and 80's had a holly hobbie doll. I have mine somewhere also!😊

Thanks Heidi! 😊 i will definitely plan to film my dimensions parade!
love your Dimensions Moon girl. It will be nice to see Rosamund on a lighter fabric because most I have seen have went dark.
