thank you! yeah it is what it is, it sounds and feels quite nice so that makes up for the difficult assembly. thankfully I don't have those issues on my alu plate build. I'm not wild about alu plates in a full alu board with no weight but spoiler alert: the alu plate sounds nice too 😏
