I love my Mini 6. I watch movies, reach books, watch live TV. I’ve got a 256 GB hard drive, which I fill with movies. I use it to edit movies made on my IIPhone. And it’s smaller than a magazine! It is quite simply marvelous. I don’t know anybody who’s bought one who hasn’t loved it.
I personally love the ipad mini 7 in combination with my MacBook air. I'm a med student and it fits perfectly in my scrub, super useful for note taking, and also when presenting! I didn't want it to fully replace my laptop so it was the right choice.
So great to watch a video made by someone who acknowledges the rear camera on an iPad. Not all of us want to have the tiny view finders from cameras and iPhones. The iPad mini is great for taking photos and thank you for not making fun of those of us who do. Dolphin
I bought a mini 7 as an upgrade from a mini 4. I don’t understand the hatred for the tablet with some You tubers out there. Not everyone wants an M4 chip in a huge screen that will not fit in a pocket. Doctors and small plane pilots are two examples that spring to mind. This fits the gap between my iPhone 13 and my Mac. Plus, I get the chip for Apple Intelligence without having to pay more money to upgrade my phone.
the size, the portability, small and powerful 8.3 inches that’s what makes me so fcking addicted to this. I can only hope that apple won’t change it’s size or design in the future, it is so powerfully portable
I really want to replace my phone with the iPad. I use my watch. I have AirPods for calls. I don’t want to carry all 3 devices at all times just because they depend on each other for important functions. It has become a little overwhelming and Apple has become less convenient for me because of this.
Thank you for this review and the bonus Paper Like review! My birthday is coming up, so I think I know what I'll wish for. Form factor is key for me, and the any bag/any pocket is what I'l looking for.
I love mine, I switched from the ipad pro, no regrets, and yes it can replace your laptop. (Depending on your needs) As a photographer who travels alot, it fits perfectly into my minimalistic lifestyle. Paper like is also awesome!
I traded my IPad Pro M1 11” for the Mini7. I had the Mini 6, gave it to my daughter since she’s been wanting it. I haven’t looked back since! Love the Mini 7! I use it everyday! I purchased the base model, but in the cellular version. I don’t regret a thing! I pair it with my Logitech KeystoGo 2. ❤
I have the M1 ipad as well. I wouldn't do that unless I really hate the size of the ipad pro. The ipad pro M1 is overall still the better device with better experience despite being 3 years old
How is the keys to go 2? I had two of the first version and always had issued with them, Have been using Iclever folding keyboard since, but now a few keys stopped working, Need something compact for frequent travel.
I’m torn between the mini 7 and the 11 inch air m2. I watch a ton of RUclips, stream movies Netflix, HBO etc. I play some games from the app store also. Right now I’m currently using a iPad 9th gen. I really like the look of the mini fir some reason but also like the 11inch air m2
🐬I love my iPad Mini 6! I wish the Mini 7 had more improvements like a better/brighter screen + selfie camera (for FaceTime), 90-120hz, etc. Fingers crossed for the iPad Mini 8 to have these improvements!
I love my iPad mini 6 it just need in my opinion a 120Hz display, Face ID and 2 more speakers Sorry I also have the 13" m4 pro maybe that’s why I want those features too on the mini
I'm a Samsung guy, but I have the Mini 7 because of the form factor. I find the iPad OS limited compared to Samsung and Android. But there is no competition on the small tablet space.
I feel the same way too, I have my tab s9 but I dont really like the size and weight 😢. Seems like samsung only have tab S series in 8 inch size around tab s2 era. Now they even dont have 11 inch anymore on tab s10 series.
I went back to an iPad mini earlier this year (a 6) after having a Samsung one a bit for this same reason. Great for reading apps and watching content, most small android tablets spec wise are a bit rubbish frankly.
I have the A7 lite. Awesome tablet, perfect size, just runs poorly. My iPad mini 6 runs Circles around it. My tab 9+ and iPad Pro are awesome, but it’s just easier to grab my iPad mini 6.
In practical terms, what makes your decision different now compared to the last gen? Everything you said in this video shouldn't be drastically different compared to 2021, so why is this a revelation now? I had the Mini 6 and currently on the new Mini 7, but nothing about it made it revolutionary on my daily use so I'm curious as to why you feel it's a game-changer? If you just need to create a new sponsored video, that's fine, but if you honestly felt it made a difference, I wished you compared the two. Keep up the good work.
I going to keep on preaching here. The mini lineup on apple is the line you didnt know you wanted or needed. The mini is the only table that wont give you hand craps while holding it. Its the actual size a tablet is supposed to be. If you need anything bigger you need to grab a laptop. The apple pencil just makes this device a blast. It just sits there and you find yourself actually using the mini as a notebook. Even when Im on my macbook, i have my mini on the sidekick and take notes to think with my writting. One of the great things about a tablet is media consumption while you are on the couch. I tend to read a lot more with this device. I had ipad pro, but im sorry, it dosent make sense as a device unless you are a profesional drawer. The ipad pro i had to give back because its always docked on its stand and I already have a macbook that does the job better than ipadpro hands down. The iPad mini also gets me into a different groove with media consumption. I just carry it with me as if it where a book or a notebooks. I read on it and take notes. I love how i use it to read over my own notes and writtings. When i go to seminars, taking a laptop to take notes is too intrusive, but this little notebook is just enough stealth and natural to take notes. I love to write things down and takes notes as a way of paying attention and focusing. This device will get me into a groove of consuming media that is totally different. Next chapter would be the iPhone mini. Which makes even more sense when you have the mini tablet. The phone should be the communication device, the moment you are spending more time on your phone than a few hours you should really be using a tablet, its a much better experience. This is the tablet size that makes sense, if you are using anything bigger than this it should probably be a laptop. I love apple and give myself no budget restriction. I have other apple tech that i just dont use, and give to family members. My current stack is - iPhone mini 13 - iPad mini 7 - MacBook Air M3 - Apple watch 9 The iPhone mini is more practical, confortable and beautiful than any pro model on the market. I have an iPhone 15 pro collecting dust as a back up phone. iPad mini hands down the only size for tablets. I sold my iPad pro. Again my dream with the Pro was a MacBook substitute and its very poor at that. An iPad pro + magickeyboard is 250g HEAVIER than a Macbook air and takes up more space. I choose Macbook air over pro because of the size, weight and design. I dont need the seed for my job. Regular Apple Watch is better than the ultra. The ultra has better battery life, but the design was fun at the beginning. But its functionality is what i tend to go for long term. A smaller watch thats just the size is what i go for.

I'm asking because I'm not an iOS guy but I love the size of the iPad mini and I want something that I can quickly get down some musical ideas. Getting mine exactly on december 15. Really dying to get back to iPad after my 12.9 inch 2015 pro model got gifted away on 2022. Wanna see the other side of the coin with the smallest and lightest instead of the collosal bahamut that iPad was.
I've been an ipad mini user since the mini 1 :) I've had the ipad pro but I found myself reaching for the mini more than the pro so I gave my ipad pro to my dad instead :) Is it worth it to upgrade from the mini 6 to the mini 7? most of the reviews I've read said it's not that much different from the 6th generation.
Best iPad For Casual Use But If you Want Beast Gaming Experience I dont Recommend This Device Because of 60 Hzs of Frame rate…Really Bro Device With A17 Pro Chipset and We are Paying 600€ and what we Get 60Hzs of Frame rate😂
Can we stop this pompous titles for iPad mini 7? Wish I see a real review not only sponsored ones praising same features we saw 4 years ago but get excited because what? You didn't have an iPad back then?
Wow you sound pedantic and entitled bro. 😂 for people who never had an iPad yes this iPad mini is good enough. Most average users don’t care about the stuff you mentioned nor understand it. They also don’t affirm every pro model like you probably do. 😂
After watching this video, I have never been more convinced that a large number of tech RUclipsrs are being financially remunerated by the Apple corporation. The demise of RUclips will be the distinct lack of integrity.
what is this device mean to you ? you were supposed to be happy with your google pixel 9 pro fold? there is nothing new with this think. actually there is nothing new with apple. this should be an folding iPhone review not the iPad mini. Come on apple, it is almost 2025! where are you while competitors are on their 6th generation of folding their phones!
Foldable devices are reminiscent of the curved screen trend; they will likely fade away once the novelty wears off and users confront the realities: the lack of screen protectors, the susceptibility of hinges and screen damage, and the unsightly crease in the middle. Regardless of their quality or technological sophistication, I will never purchase a foldable or flip device solely due to the presence of the crease.
@@MIBLegendand that’s why foldables still only have 1.5% marketshare of smartphones 5 years after the OG Galaxy Fold launched. No mainstream appeal and use case. The cons outweighs the pros.
This Ipad mini does not worth it at all compared to the previous one. Ipad mini is not interesting because it is too small compared to an Iphone or not big enough for an everyday usage. The good question is : what am I going to do with such a small tablet ?. Answer to that question and you will not buy it.
I got the iPhone SE. the iPad mini is way bigger than my iPhone SE and still small enough to hold in one hand mode for the hub 😏. This product is not for you affirm buying annual product updating consumers like you. It’s for people like me. It’s like reaping the rewards points off the suckers who use credit cards at 30%. This form factor and screen has been beta tasted by cucks who wanted bleeding edge 4 years. Now I know it’s good and not going to break.

Finally doctors and small plane pilots see an interest in this tablet. Really the kind of Ipad which finally ends at the bottom of a drawer.
I love mine. Yes, I'd like OLED and 120 Hz Refresh and...a few other things but it's still great.
I love mine. Swapped 11" M2 iPad Pro for iPad Mini 7, never been happier
I love it! Ignore the haters
What do you prefer on mini? I have the m2 11 inch and trying to decide the same thing..!
I got the mini 7 in addition to my 12.9” M2 iPad Pro.I enjoy both form factors.
Big mistake

That seemed like a mistake. I was thinking going the same route, but the iPad Pro has more value and better tech in it.

Even tho I have the 11 and 12.9 iPads pro I bought the iPad mini 7. Arrives tomorrow. Can’t wait !
I have the mini 6 been great to use no reason to upgrade yet. It's the most usable iPad given its form factor.

They’re all trying to get those free apple trips to the next event. It’s all a game. Hard to get honest reviews from people.

Oh, and it's topped up with pencil pro that is 120Hz and now you have lag while using your pencil...
Imagine being addicted to a 60 hz refresh rate screen. You all need to discover the s9 tab
While me want to sell my tab s9 😅, not because of the screen, it's the size and weight.
In my country, most folding smartphones break down after the warranty expires when it strong enough I think apple will join it lol
I hope folding screens never become the norm.
