It seems so lovely but there has been no shortage of inventory. It has to be the most featured community on this channel.
Great question. About 1/2 return to home states where their adult children live. 1/4 may transition into care facilities or independent care communities.. the last 1/4 leaves me working with families following the loss of their parents. I live in Royal Highlands and a lot of my listings come from being a resource to our residents:) but I do have listings in Mt. Dora, Plantation, Molokai (mobile home co-op), The Villages, and I’ve got a villa in King’s Ridge coming this week as well as a villa in Highland Lakes. Thanks for watching and commenting!
