@@sfr2107 No 😅 That would be way too much. A quarter head per person is about right. You can roast the shredded cabbage alongside the sauce in the oven, it's much nicer roasted than sauteed, imo. Zucchini 'noodles' would also work for this.
@@betty_boom7854I'm thinking spaghetti squash might not be sturdy enough to support the onion sauce. Caramelized onions become thick and gooey - screams out for a heftier pasta shape.

Some sun dried tomatoes come in jars/cans and are packed in a watery oil, so she's used that. If you can only find dry packed ones I'd add a bit of olive oil
I looked it up and the coconut milk is a sub for heavy cream, for anyone else who thinks coconut is disgusting or has an allergy (the other substitutions listed on the recipe website won't suit absolutely everyone, neither does milk, that's OK)
Made this tonight for dinner and it was a hit! I added uncooked pork sausages before putting it in the oven and it was soooo yummy! My only critique is not putting the cooking temp in the video. I'll try 375 next time and use heavy cream instead of the coconut cream for more yum.
Oh my god, couldn't agree more. I used dairy - not cream, and it was still awful. Not the recipe's fault at all - just a combination of things I was never going to like together. That's on me.
