- We joined the San Diego Jeep Club for their annual woman's driver day on the Valley of the Moon Trail. We had a great time and really like that trail. I have a feeling we'll be back for more.

Went there a few weeks ago...going back this Sat to check out some more..
That trail offers so many off-shoots and various ways to go! Enjoy.
👍
I can’t WAIT for the trails to open. This video is great!
Thanks! It’s a great trail - can’t wait to get out there again.
Its open
Looking to go out for some trail riding this next weekend. I have a 2020 Wrangler Sahara doesn't have the Rubicon suspension or tire package. How'd you rate this trail for a regular sahara? Do you think it requires the additional clearance or did you have other sahara non-modded jeeps out there?
Ryan, there are parts of VOTM that are more difficult than others, and when the Jeep Club publishes runs open to anyone, they'll put out their recommended capabilities (such as lifts, bigger tires, etc.). That said, the club does like to ensure those with stock Jeeps can come out and have fun, so check with them for future runs! I've seen some stock Jeeps do some good things out there - probably much more capable than you may realize. Check out my video on the Mica Gem Mine trail -- lots of stock Jeeps doing the waterfall section. Enjoy!
Great video! I got the same Jeep on the way in Granite. Keep them coming!
Thanks Jay! You'll love the JL.
Way to many vehicles , 4 or 5 at the most is much better .
Smaller crowds do make for a more expeditious run on the trail, and can even lead to easier changes in plans (like exploring that fork in the trail). But the Club has superb capability to handle huge numbers in a run, and often breaks the larger crowd into smaller groups for easier handling. Thanks for watching!
